Band 6.5 letter

Respected Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Meena Parekh, and I am a regular customer of your excellent café. I'm writing to convey my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the service at the Sunset Cafe, which is located near the Southern Station.

The first topic I'd like to bring out is the strong points. In fact, the music area in that café is my favourite since it allows me to concentrate while also allowing me to have long talks with my friends.

I almost forgot to suggest areas for improvement. Despite the fact that this is my favourite cafeteria, I feel it needs a better lighting system because we are often unable to concentrate due to bad lighting.

One final point I'd like to bring up with you is that this progress will result in a more pleasant environment. In other words, tourists will be more comfortable and relaxed. As a result, the number of customers will skyrocket.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you about the actions you intend to take. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Faithfully,
Meena Parekh

Band 7 letter

Respected Sir or Madam,

I hope you are well as I write this letter. My name is Sarah Taliqh, and I am a regular at your wonderful café. I am quite pleased with both the delicacy selections and the service. There is a wide range of exotic gastronomic delicacies to pick from on the menu. Furthermore, the dishes are moderately priced, so I am not forced to be thrifty. The service offered by the workers is polite and prompt.

However, I would like to make some suggestions. To begin, the uncomfortable chairs might be replaced with those that have nice cushions. In addition, instead of small wooden tables, the waiting room might include couches.

I'd like to suggest some changes to the decor. A chandelier can be installed in the hall's middle. Furthermore, adding funky speakers to play slow music melodies might substantially enhance the ambience. A variable lighting system may also be installed to provide changeable brightness in the space.

I hope you follow my counsel with the proper attitude. I eagerly await your response.

Thank You

Yours sincerely,
Sarah Taliqh

Band 7.5 letter

Respected Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I'm Payel Mitra, and I frequently patronise your respectable café. In order to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service at the Cafe De Cafe, which is close to New Town, I am writing this letter.

I want to start by mentioning the strong points. At actuality, the music area in the café is my favourite part since I can relax there while still being able to focus and have in-depth talks with my friends.

I also neglected to express the need for improvement. Even though this is my favourite cafeteria, I think it needs a better lighting system since sometimes the brightness prevents us from studying.

The advantage of a better atmosphere will be poured in as a result of this progress, which is the final item I want to talk about with you. To put it another way, guests will experience greater comfort and relaxation. The quantity of customers will therefore sharply rise.

I look forward to reading what steps you plan to take in your response. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

Thank You

Yours sincerely,
Payel Mitra
