Band 6.5 IELTS Letter

Hello, Sir

I am Kristen, a subscribed member of your gym. Since the beginning of your gym, I have been a regular participant. The ID I have is 1234P. In relation to the bag that I neglected to take from the storage before leaving the gym, I'm writing this letter.

It is a black leather bag with the word "rainbow" embroidered on it. My driver's license, my Aadhar card, and a few gym supplies are all contained in the backpack. The gym equipment is not a concern for me, but I do require the documents so that the Passport Department may complete them this week. Also, any further delay might cancel my passport process. It will then result in my loss.

I am conscious that the gym would be closed for the remainder of the week due to renovations. And you were very clear when you told us we couldn't enter the gym at this time. In addition, if you could give me 15 minutes tomorrow to get my stuff, I would really welcome that. Also, it will be a great help because my passport process will proceed. I'll make sure my presence doesn't hinder the renovation project in any way throughout this period.

Dear Sir,

I forgot the bag I put in cabinet 547 when I visited the Fitness For All Gym three days ago. When I arrived at the gym this morning after being sick for the previous two days, I was informed that the facility would be shut for a week. Please allow me to retrieve my bag from the gym as I desperately need it.

Since 2018, I've been a member of your gym; my membership number is 4580. The designated cabinet that I frequently utilize is 547. On March 22, 2020, I quickly threw my luggage in the closet and forgot about it as I made my hasty way home. I missed the meeting because of my illness. I missed the next three days of work because of my illness and was unable to get my bag.

Regarding the bag's specifics, it is an office bag in a brown color that contains my computer, a few legal records, my credit card, and a notebook. The bag has a flexible handle and three zippers.

I am a little concerned now that I know your gym will be closed for renovations within at least a week. I'm hoping you'll let me pick up the bag from the workout some time tomorrow since I absolutely need it and as a workaround.

Dear Sir,

My name is Liza, a subscribed member of your Gym, 24 Fitness. My membership ID is 7658D.

As I usually carry my gym and other essentials in a bag. I came yesterday for a workout but forgot my bag in the gym due to an urgent call I received. My bag is of dark blue color and has several badges on it. There is also a badge of “I CAN” on the bag.

The bag has many documents in it which are of great importance to me. Also, there are my college assignments which need to be submitted tomorrow. If I am unable to submit the assignments on time I might not be able to score marks which are important to get to next semester. The gym will indeed be closed for renovations, according to the authority, but I urgently need my bag and its contents.

I would need the bag with its contents tomorrow morning before 10:00 AM. It will just take 10 minutes toi collect the bag. Please ask your ward man to help me retrieve the bag first from the cabinet when I arrive at the gym the following morning. I am aware of the inconvenience this may cause you, but I genuinely need your assistance.
