Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased preparation books from your online bookstore three weeks ago. My order was acknowledged via email from you. Additionally, the email stated that the book would be delivered the following day and would arrive at my hands in ten days. The order has now been in process for more than 20 days, yet the book has not yet been delivered. I attempted to reach your customer service representative, but she was unable to provide an adequate response. Of course, she said she would "look into the situation," but nothing has been heard from her since. The book has been dispatched, as I can see when I log into my account. What then might be causing this excessive delay?
This book is necessary for my IELTS test. I can't wait much longer because I have an exam the following month. Please reach out right now to the business in charge of your shipments' delivery and ask them to deliver my order within the next few days. I would like a refund if you are unable to accomplish that.
I anticipate hearing from you. Please keep me informed of the approach and take the necessary steps.
