Hello Sir,

My name is Aman. I am currently doing a course on business management at the Delhi University. As a pert of this course, I need to visit a company and study how the workflow goes on. I have selected your company “Infosys” due to the work culture. Hence, I am writing this letter requesting you to allow me to visit your company.

I have heard a lot about your company from my seniors. This is the reason I wanted to visit your company as a part of the course. I came to know about the work culture and the office etiquettes are at the top most level. My seniors mentioned how you have started from scratch and built the business which is one of the largest technical giants in today’s world. The services you provide are not enough for a business to grow. One must have the business knowledge and the skills. I am sure without this skill set, no business will evolve. I also wanted to see how the employees are handled and the relationship between them is maintained.

I wanted to start the study program in your company by the end of November during the winter breaks. This will allow me ample time to complete my project and learn about the business. Also, I would like to visit all the departments and understand how they work. I am sure I will be an asset to the company during my time with you. I would also like to spend a few weeks with the manager and the vice president. This will allow me to understand how they work and grow the business.

My name is Pritham and I am doing Master of Business Administration course which is in the final year. I am writing to request permission to visit your company, Horizon Enterprises, as part of my coursework.

I've heard a lot about your company, which is why I'm interested in it. A large number of my seniors have done their preparation in your organization.
