Dear Sir/ Madam

My name is XYZ and I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the problems that I faced in your hotel room. Last week, I visited your city for an important business meeting and stayed in your hotel for 2 days. I checked into the hotel at 1:00 PM and was given room number 101 which was present in the main building near the lift area.

I stayed in your hotel for 2 days and realized that it was my wrong decision to book your hotel. I faced a lot of problems during my stay in this hotel and the service provided by your staff was really very bad. There was the problem of hot water in the bathroom as well as the AC not working properly. It was really very surprising for me that I was facing this issue in a five-star hotel where I am unable to get the basic amenities. I informed my problem to the receptionist and she didn’t look into the matter due to which I was late for my business meeting. In short, I stayed in your hotel without hot water and AC services which was really not expected in a five-star hotel.

It was a bad experience staying in your hotel room. I request you to refund my money and look into the matter as soon as possible, so that other people don’t face any problem in your hotel rooms. Also, I request you to look into the cleanliness of the bathrooms so that next time people don’t face any hygiene issues in your five-star hotel.

I hope you are doing well at your place. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding my bad experience while staying in your resort for two days. Last week, I booked a room in your resort as it was very near to my business meeting place.

First day when I visited your hotel, I went to the bathroom to take a hot-water bath and realized that there was a problem with the geyser and was unable to get the hot water bath. I informed the receptionist regarding this issue. She was really sorry for the problem but was unable to fix it on time. I still managed to adjust with cold water and understood your problem. Despite this problem, the challenges continued to happen. There was a cleanliness problem in the room as well as I was very dissatisfied with the room service. I ordered my dinner at 8:00 PM and received it after 2 hours of waiting. This was not expected from a five-star hotel.

I request you to look into the matter and try to improve your services before the guests check in at your hotel. If anyone still faces the problem, keep your services ready immediately so that the problem can be fixed at that time itself. I request you to partially refund my money and hope the other guests will not be dissatisfied with your services. Looking for a positive response from your side as soon as possible.

I booked a room at your hotel by looking at your five-star reviews and the place was very near to my business work. But I am regretting it now that I booked a room at your hotel.

I Faced a lot of problems in your hotel as there were problems with the heating system, shower in the bathroom, and hygienic conditions of the room. The room service was not available on time for cleanliness purposes or fixing the other problems. The temperature in the city was low and I found that the room temperature in my room was really very uncomfortable as the heating system was not working properly. I informed this problem to the customer support but they didn’t pay attention to my issue and were continuously ignoring my calls. Due to the uncomfortable sleep during the night, I was unable to attend my business meetings properly and faced a huge loss.

I hope you will look into the matter and expect that you will understand my problem. I request you to partial refund my money and improve your services so that other guests will not face the same problems that I faced.
