Dear Madam,
I am Kanishka, a regular visitor at your library. I love reading books. Whenever I have spare time or I feel a little off, I visit the local library. Books are the best option to escape reality when reality seems not favourable. However, I love the library. I love the wide range of books offered. There are a lot of interesting books and all genres are available.
However, there are a few things I don't like about the library. The space of the library is too small. There are not enough benches to sit and read. So, Sometimes when I visit the library, the limited benches are full and I have to return home. Also, the books are not arranged according to genres. They are just simply kept on shelves.
It would be amazing if the books were kept according to categories and genres. It makes it easy for the reader to choose a particular book. There should also be newspapers included in the library.
To improve the above problems. The space of the library should be increased. A proper library assistant should be hired to manage books category wise. Or the permanent readers like I am. We can have a day off and rearrange the library if allowed. I hope my recommendations will be considered.

Dear madam,
I am Mehula. I often visit your library to study. Honestly I actually really had a very quiet and nice environment to study and I loved studying there. I have been visiting it for 2 years.I love the wide space and a lot of sitting facilities. It gives cozy vibes because there are pillows to sit on the floor as well. It is my favourite place to spend my spare time. However, There are a few things I don't like and I would like to recommend.
Some suggestions for improvement according to me involve please implement some rules. Earlier the library was not famous and very few people used to visit it. But now with the increasing population people visit a lot. Some people create distractions and disturbances. It creates a noisy and irritating environment in the library. Serious readers get disturbed and are unable to read. You may also add some snacks and refreshments stalls as many of us come for a longer period of time. Charges for snacks can be applied. But it will offer more interest to the reader. It will attract more readers and everyone will enjoy reading. I hope my recommendations and suggestions will be considered. Hoping to see positive results soon.

I am Avantika. I am a regular visitor to your local library. I love reading books. I am fond of reading all types of books. I love the wide range of books offered by your library. The wide space and peaceful environment offered at the library is what I like the most. However, I would love to recommend a few changes and things I don't like.
The books of the library should be allowed for issue. There must be a subscription card system. So that interested reader can read the books at home. To ensure on time submission, the days must be fixed at 2. Also, there should be shelves for different genres and categories. Due to the mixed bookshelf it becomes difficult to choose a book.
Different shelves should be organised category wise and according to genres. Also, a few snacks offered by charges would be a great option to increase visitors. It will increase the reading time. Also, it offers a great opportunity for readers to come with enthusiasm to read. Few rules must be made for example:- setting up benches when done reading. Peaceful environment must be maintained.
I hope positive changes would be made and steps would be taken regarding the same.
