Band 7 IELTS Letter
Hello Mr Richard,
I am Daniel and I hope this letter reaches you in a happy and healthy states. I recently moved into the home I rented from you a few weeks ago. Since there are not any significant problems with the house, it is lovely and great so far. Although the kitchen and one of the bathrooms could use some renovations.
The bathroom has some issues. One of the faucets there does not seem to tighten properly, probably due to it being used for a while. Additionally, it appears to have a slow drainage system. And regarding the kitchen, the paint in the it appears to have slightly faded. Additionally, some of its floor tiles have some scratches, which contrasts poorly with the colour of your tiles.
And hence, I really would appreciate it if you could hire some professionals as early as possible to replace the old, ineffective faucet with a new one and repaint the kitchen wall at the same time. Besides that, it would be great if you could replace the kitchen floor tiles, which have some scratches on them.
Yours respectfully,
Daniel Peter
