Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to inform you of the issues we are having in our just rented apartment. I'm Manpreet, and my family and I recently moved into your apartment at 204 Aishwaryam Avenue for a period of six months. I work as an engineer for a software firm, and I prepare at home for the following day's formal duties, which call for a courteous home atmosphere.

As you are aware, the weather in the city is quite hot. The weather is making it hard to live without air conditioning because the high temperatures smother the inside environment. Furthermore, I also want to raise a few issues about the shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom floor tiles are slick, making it quite difficult to walk on these surfaces without footwear. My wife stumbled and broke her right foot last week in the bathroom.

I request you to please install a new split air conditioner in the bedroom because, as you are probably aware, window air conditioners do not reduce temperature. The floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom should also be changed because they pose obstacles to easy walking.

I hope to hear from you shortly.

Sincerely,
Manpreet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've rented the 25th house on New Street in Hamilton. I have been residing here for the past month. I'm writing this letter to express my discontent with a few issues. At the time of the deal, it was decided that the kitchen's leaks would be fixed before I moved into the apartment. In our telephonic conversation for the same, which I confirmed with you a day before moving, you reassured me that you had fixed all the droppings. In addition, I've encountered an identical problem on the other side of the house. During rainstorms, the water tends to drop from the living room ceiling.

My spouse and I occasionally have to mop the floor because of these problems. This is not doable due to my demanding job schedule. I had to replace the carpet twice in the living room. When we were at work, it had been wet for a while, which had damaged the thread work. Once, while we were on a brief trip, a kitchen sink leak caused the entire room to get flooded.

Please resolve the issues as soon as feasible. I look forward to hearing from you.

Faithfully,
Mohan

Dear SIr/Madam,

I'm writing to let you know about the issues we are having at our just rented apartment. This is Anna White. My family moved into your apartment at 131 Pacific Avenue last month.

Overall, we are happy with the amenities offered. However, the water supply has been erratic during the past few days. Water is only supplied in the evenings between 6 and 7 p.m. Aside from that, the water heater isn't working. The faucet only provides cold water, and it generates a lot of noise.

As you are aware, my husband and I both work for foreign companies. The hours of our office are 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Therefore, nobody is home in the evening to store water. Both the lack of water and the malfunctioning heater are giving us a lot of inconvenience.

I spoke with the apartment's manager of utilities. He promised to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it has now been more than a week and nothing has been done to address the issue. I have finally decided to let you know after several days of waiting. Please check into this situation and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Sincerely,
Anna White
