Model Answer 1

Dear Mr. Willword

I hope this letter finds you all in excellent health and spirits. I'm writing to let you know about my visit to your nation to take part in a "English and homestay programme."
Eklavya Kapoor is my name, and I am a diploma student at Delhi University studying public media and communication. I'll be staying with you for 10 days and am eager to pick your brain on English.
This would be my first trip to another nation, I suppose. So that I may prepare my luggage appropriately, I would want to know the climate in your nation. Furthermore, it would be wonderful if you could take a moment to recommend a few educational websites that accurately portray UK culture.
I am simultaneously nervous to meet you all and delighted. On June 17, at six o'clock in the evening, my plane from India to the UK will touch down. I'd probably need an hour to get to your location. If you could recommend any affordable ways to go from the airport, that would be really helpful.
I'll see you all shortly!
Yours Faithfully,
Eklavya Kapoor

Model Answer 2

Dear Mr. Billy,

I'm Vinay Gupta from India, and I just signed up for your UK homestay program's two-week English course. I find it fascinating that you will serve as my programme mentor. I truly appreciate the letter you sent me yesterday, and I'm writing to ask you a few questions and let you know when I'll be here.
You agreeing to host me for the show makes me quite happy. I can clearly see how this will help me completely integrate into English culture and deepen my understanding of your customs and way of life. Since this is my first visit to the UK, I am unfamiliar with the climate and am unsure of the appropriate clothing to pack. Please give me some advice on that. I also want to let you know that I am a vegetarian. Additionally, I need your advice on the items I should bring to your home.
Last but not least, I would value any recommendations for the kinds of literature I should read about the UK that would aid in my understanding of your culture.
If my flight is on time, I should be in London on July 20 at about 7:30.
I'm excited to talk to you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Vinay Gupta

Model Answer 3

Dear Mrs. Augustus,

My name is Kamaljeet Rana, and I am an Indian student. I sincerely appreciate you letting me stay with your family while I finish my English course. I'll be in London for a couple months starting in the second week of September when my programme begins.
I have certain questions, which is the main reason I'm writing this letter. In order for me to pack the right clothes, I would first like to know what sort of weather is present there. Either it's chilly or it's warm. Second, I'd like to know about the transportation system. Will I use public transportation or will I need to hire a car for my coursework? How far is it away from your home?
I will be there on July 6 at approximately 9:00 p.m. after departing from India on July 5. To get to your house from the airport, I have made a reservation for a cab.
I am eager to get to know each and every one of you.
Warm Sihes,
Kamaljeet Rana
