I am writing this letter to claim the prize that I earned at the Unlimited Puzzle- Unlimited Fun Competition held last week by your newspaper.

Fortunately, I was able to win that competition, which consisted of various puzzles, based on the tricky and complex mathematical questions. This was a very challenging competition. I spent a lot of time preparing for this competition for the last few months. So I assume all my efforts had finally paid off.

It was announced before the competition that the winner candidate will get the cash prize and an Audiobook Subscription. So, I want to inform you that I have neither received the cash prize nor the Audiobook subscription. It would be truly appreciated if you could send the cash prize directly to my personal bank account. The bank account details are mentioned in the document attached below. Besides this, I have also not received the details of the Audiobook Subscription. Kindly send those details to me through this email.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I would be really thankful to you for this act of kindness.
