Model Answer 1

Dear Sir/Mam,

I recently completed a brief cookery course at your esteemed college, and I'm writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with it. I took the course about a month ago in an effort to improve my culinary arts abilities.

I must say that despite the course being extensively taught for a whole four weeks, I felt like the time had flown by since I was enjoying it so much. By the way, the finest aspect of the course was that it thoroughly instructed me on how to prepare certain Italian and Asian sweets swiftly and simply. In addition, I found it interesting to master the techniques for perfectly cutting meat.

I used some of my cooking talents after completing the cookery course to make some delectable desserts for a friend's birthday celebration. In addition to making some of my family's favourite meals. Before I go any further, I'd also want to ask that you start a brief course at your institute on how to make sweets utilising various tropical fruits and vegetables.

Once more, I want to thank you for running such an insightful course.

Yours Faithfully,
Christiana

Model Answer 2

Dear Sir/Mam,

My name is Kristen, and I attended your institute to take a short-term cooking course. I'm writing to let you know that I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on the course. And I only have good things to say about both the material covered and the way it was delivered. With the aid of the institute and the chef instructors, it was a success from my end.

I could not even cook an egg before enrolling in this course, but because of the brief but rigorous practical sessions provided. I am now convinced that I would land a position at a French restaurant like La Vie En Rose. You'll be happy to know that I work as a junior cook at a nearby restaurant, where I oversee the lunch and dinner appetiser station. This is all a result of the practical classes you provided.

Repetition is a big part of learning to cook, and that's what was done during the training. I loved taking the lessons for a number of reasons. Even the option to work with professional-grade tools and high-quality ingredients was provided to us. All of those were quite helpful.

I am eager to join in another short course, but I was unable to locate any that were focused on pastry creation. This, in my opinion, is a worthwhile subject to teach. According to the several pastry businesses nearby, pastries are now popular. Please give this thought some thought.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Yours Sincerely,
Kristen

Dear Sir/Mam,

I'm writing you now to share my thoughts on the culinary class I recently completed at your facility. Thank you for considering my suggestions, and I look forward to taking another course from your training centre soon.

I learnt a lot about cooking throughout my three months of study at your college, and I cherish the value you have brought to my knowledge of the culinary arts. Despite how intense it was, I particularly like how the lecturers were able to simply transmit their knowledge of African foods.

Additionally, I have prepared some of my favourite foods for my family and friends using some of the techniques I have learned. I would really appreciate it if you included some French foods in your schedule because of this.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and I want to thank you for everything you've done thus far.

Yours Sincerely,
Lakshmi
