Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding the missing item from my order. I was very frustrated after buying a mobile phone from your eCommerce store about a couple of days ago. This letter is to complain about two missing items from my order. I will give you the details of the missing items.

I had placed the order on 1st of January, 2023 from your website and the phone model was Xiaomi Note 10 Pro. I already paid online with my credit card. The order number is MBL-2532-JAN20231198. The website suggested that the mobile would come with 2 mobile cases for free. One was the regular clear glass one and one was black leather phone case. I was fascinated by the black leather case and hence, placed the order. However, I did not receive any of the cases in the box. Those two items were missing.

I have already tried to get the cases by calling the helpline number but did not receive any positive response. They said they are investigating. However, it has been a week.

I am writing this letter as I am a bit frustrated. Can you please look into this matter and send the cases as soon as possible? I have attached a copy of the invoice with this letter and an order copy too for your reference.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was pleased by a shoe that your store was offering last week. I purchased that online but to my disappointment, there were two items missing. I have tried to contact your store but was unable to. Hence, I am writing this letter.

Last week, I placed an order for a pair of Nike Air Max shoes under your online flagship sale of flat 50%. The image and the description of the box shows that it will contain a pair of shoes, a Nike bandana, and two extra pairs of laces. I ordered the shoes on Saturday morning and they were delivered the next day. I was away and could not check. However, when I returned home and opened the box, the extra pair of laces were missing.

It is my brother’s favorite shoe. His birthday is the day after tomorrow and hence, I placed the order. Now, with these extra laces missing, I won't be able to surprise him. I am really disappointed by this. I have been a customer of your store for almost 6 years. I have never expected such service.

I would like you to check with your store and the distributor regarding this as soon as possible. If you require any help from my end, I would be happy to do that. I really want the total package before my brother’s birthday. I have attached an image of the invoice and a short video of unpacking for your reference.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is to bring to your notice about two missing items from an order. I ordered a trimmer online as I was very excited about the product. The product came with a charging cable, 3 separate blades and a trimmer. Once I received the box and opened it, I was really disappointed.

I found that the charging cable and the separate blades were missing. I have called the courier guy to know if he knows about this but he was unaware. The box was also sealed and packed. I have tried calling your company on the hotline number. They have raised an investigation. The ID is: NJWY24316758. It has been 7 days but I have not yet received a response. I am unable to use the trimmer at all as it has no charge. Also, I am unable to charge it due to the missing cable.

I would request you to look into this matter and send a replacement item as soon as possible. If you can send the charging cable and the heads, I would also be okay with that. I need to use the product that I bought. I have attached the invoice and a copy of the bill. I also have images and videos of unpacking.
