Regarding the specifics of the order, I used my Google Pay account to purchase this mobile phone from your website. I ordered the phone on January 17th. I have attached a copy of my receipt and the order number is 56900145.

The phone has a problem with the front camera not working and the 128 GB of internal memory, even though I ordered a 256 GB model. Since the item's description on your website clearly states that it is a 256-GB phone, I am certain that you shipped the wrong item.

I'm hoping that you'll agree to replace the phone in accordance with the order's specifications as a solution because I really like this model. Otherwise, I would like a full refund. If required, I can contact Google Pay's complaints department. I have attached a video of the unpacking that I did.

My name is Ashish and I recently purchased an iPhone from your website. I was really excited about using an iPhone. It has been my dream to get an iPhone. However, I was very disappointed when I received and unpacked the package.

I ordered a black iPhone 12 with 128 GB memory. I was devastated on receving a wrong device. The phone screen has some visible scratch marks, which is unlikely. The internal memory of the phone is 64 GB, though I ordered a 128 GB phone. This must have been an oversight from your delivery department. The phone hanged after a few minutes only to deepen my disappointment. I believe it was a refurbished iPhone. However, there was nothing mentioned about the refurbished unit on your website. I also paid a full stock price for the phone.

I would request you to look into this as soon as possible since I am without a phone for 2 days now. I have also contacted the customer service desk but without any positive results. I would like you to send a repl;accement new phone for which I paid. I have attached images, videos and the invoice of the device. I hope to get a positive response from your end.

I am writing this letter to express my profound dissatisfaction with my cell phone purchase from your city store on December 11. Please allow me to elaborate on my circumstance. I have been a devoted customer of your multinational corporation. My name is Justin.

You can easily see in your data that I bought a Samsung Galaxy phone because it has more useful features than other phones.

However, after a while of use, some issues began to surface. The first issue is that the phone's camera does not function properly. By this, I mean that whenever I attempt to take a picture, the device abruptly shuts down without showing any indication on the screen. When I do need to take a photo, this makes it much more difficult. If you're thinking that only this is the case, It hasn't finished yet. The battery life of a smartphone is another issue, draining nearly every six hours. Despite the fact that I had not used my phone to play any apps or games, I noticed that it finished quickly. To be honest, I'm surprised to find such a flaw in such a high-priced model.

I am requesting full payment in advance, or would you prefer that I get a new one instead of fixing the old one?
