There was a civil rights movement in your city. The state government blocked mobile internet connectivity to curb the rumor spreading. You felt that this move was unreasonable. Lodge a complaint to your Premier (Chief Minister) for the same.

Band 6.5 letter
Greetings Premier,
I am Riya and I reside by the law and pay taxes as a resident of your state. I am writing this letter to let the state government know how disappointed I am in their decision to block mobile internet accessibility on August 25, 2015, during a public demonstration against caste-based reservations in the state. The administration lost control of the civil rights movement. Surprisingly, on the same night, the state government disabled mobile internet access due to a conspiracy theory. However, I thought the action was excessive and quite unacceptable. I recognise that the government took this action to lessen the likelihood of rumours spreading.
Rather than this, the government could have continued to block only WhatsApp, a popular mobile app for connecting people. Being a businessman, it is challenging for me to conduct daily tasks and other personal tasks. Regrettably, this decision by the local government has affected everyone.
It is an act that tramples on a fundamental right of the civilian. So, please persuade me not to bring a Public Interest Litigation against the government.
My email is Riya@gmail.com, and I hope to hear from you regarding this.
Sincerely ,
Riya
Band 7 letter
Greetings chief minister,
My name is Gowtham, and I am a devoted resident of the state of Telegana who works in the business sector. The purpose of this letter is to raise objections to the blocking of mobile internet connectivity. In order to combat the issues brought on by rumour spreading, the state government actually decided last week to block internet connectivity during the public protest against caste-based reservation.
When conducting business, I must transfer money online. Therefore, cutting off internet access made me worry about a number of things, including a financial crisis and the suspension of international trade. This government decision was completely unacceptable because the only thing they must do was block internet communication channels like Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, and others. They should not block every website on the internet, especially net banking sites.
I hope you can relate to my issues and take some initiative to address the problems this policy frequently creates. I look forward to hearing from you on it.
Yours sincerely,
Gowdham

Greetings chief minister,
My name is John. I am a responsible citizen of Kerala and have a business. I hope this letter reaches you in good health. The objective of this letter is to explain the problems caused by the blocking of mobile Internet connections. Last week, the state government took a decision to block internet connections during civil protests against caste-based enclaves to address
problems caused by the spreading of rumors. When conducting business, one must send money online. The disruption of internet access has raised several concerns in that, including financial crises and suspension of international trade. This commission was completely unacceptable because all they had to do was block internet lines of communication such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and Twitter. They should not restrict all websites on the internet, particularly net banking sites.
I hope you can connect to my concerns and take some action to address the issues that this policy commonly causes. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
Yours sincerely,
John
