Respected Sir/Mam,
I want to express the troubles I have to face regularly due to a large banyan tree which has grown just in front of my house. I admit that having a tree nearby keeps the surroundings very refreshing. But the issues faced by me are quite serious which is why I request you to take immediate action on this problem.
The tree is quite old but it has grown quite rapidly in the last few years. The tree is just outside my house gate and that is why we have to face issues of parking and we can't even sit outside in the evening. The tree has also made our house a hub of insects as we have got to see different kinds of insects roaming here and there in our house. Some of them may also be dangerous. Some branches of this tree look very much which can fall anytime and this can also be harmful for those nearby the tree. I don't want anything like this to happen to you, so I would like to request you to cut it down as a safety measure for my whole family and all even others.
If it is not possible to cut the whole tree due to any reasons then at least permit to cut the weak branches of this banyan tree. So that we can prevent the occurrence of any kind of mishap. Along with this, please also let me know about the cost I will have to pay of the total expenses on resolving it. If you give permission to cut down the tree, I am even ready to bear all the expenses.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I want to raise the issues that I have to face due to a large banyan tree grown in front of my house. The tree creates a lot of problems for me regularly, although I have tried my level best to solve these issues on my own. But haven't found much success in the process. This is the reason now, I want you to take note of this issue and take prompt action to solve them on an immediate basis.
The branches of this banyan tree have grown too much over the last year or so and this is the major reason. Most of the area outside my house has been covered by the huge structure of this tree only. Due to this tree, one day, I noticed a snake near my front gate and I feared that It was not the only one living near the tree. My family sits outside our front gate sometimes in the evening and I am concerned about their safety after seeing snakes roaming around the tree. Along with this, the droppings of birds from the tree gives a very foul fragrance to the surroundings and also gives a very bad look to the front side of my house.
I don't think I can't exactly describe what we all have to go through, but I hope you can get an estimation of the inconvenience we have to face regularly due to this tree. This is the reason I sincerely request you to take some prompt action to cut down this banyan tree. If it is not permissible then please let me take down its hanging branches only so that we can at least get some relief from the continuous problems. I would also like to know the percentage of cost I will have to bear out of the whole expenses for the action you are going to take.
I hope you will take prompt action on this matter and also inform me accordingly.

I am expressing my concerns about the banyan tree which has grown in front of my house, with this letter. I face multiple issues due to this tree, thus I request you to take prompt actions to solve them.
The banyan tree is quite large in size and its branches have now covered about 60% of the front area of my house due to which I am not able to park my vehicles properly. The continuous fall of leaves creates a total mess on the front gate which doesn't look that pleasant. The droppings of the birds living on this tree is another issue which I have to face regularly. Due to this tree, a large number of ants are always roaming in front of the entry gate of my home , which is quite irritating.
Since the tree is causing a lot of inconvenience to me and my family, I request you to take necessary measures. If cutting it is not possible then, at least allow me to cut some of its overhanging branches so that I can get some relief from the problems. Also let me know about the expenses I have to pay.
I hope you will look upon this problem on a priority basis and take the required steps to resolve the issue. Thanking you in anticipation for a quick action on this.
