Dear Sir/Mam,

I'm writing to request that the lease for your flat, where I've been living for the past two years, be terminated.
By the end of this month, my employment with the current company will come to an end. Therefore, even if my company is willing to extend my contract, I am considering returning to my own country. Due to my homesickness, I think it would be best if I visited my family.
I want to thank you for all the help you provided me over my entire stay. You assisted me in acclimating to this city when I first came to London. I recall that your family came forward to take care of me when I was ill.
Mike, one of my buddies, is coming over to work for a construction firm here. He is a modest individual, therefore please let him rent this apartment. You won't ever regret renting this apartment to him, I can promise you of that.

I'm sending you this letter to let you know about my future intentions and to urge my friend to stay with you.
First off, I intend to leave your home within the next month. I had to leave the town in order to pursue greater professional prospects, which is a difficult choice for me. Along with my employment, I also have to care for my family members who are all living in my next place.
It is now appropriate for me to offer my sincere gratitude for all of the assistance you gave me while I was here. You organised a tonne of parties and assisted me with learning English. They were occasionally helped with everyday tasks, but you improved their tents more than any landlord could.
Last but not least, I'd like to suggest that this location get a new tent. One of my pals will be coming here in the coming month to pursue further education. He is a people person who gets along well with neighbours and assists you with daily tasks.
Please let me know what you decide as soon as possible.
