I have recently come across an advertisement requiring helpers for children summer camp. I am interested and will be obliged if I can join the camp as a Sports Trainer. I am an experienced professional in this field and I am sure that I can be a great help to the children attending the summer camp.
I have 20 years of experience as a sports trainer and have worked with different renowned teams and schools. This involved training children to become sports legends over the decade. My expertise and experience will help the summer camp attendees to gain, improve and excel in the areas they are currently lacking. Athletics and soccer are two of the many genres that I am willing to provide the training on.
I have checked the details of the summer camp schedules and I will be available during the time for assistance. To gather the equipment required for the camp, I would like to know a few details regarding the same.
The number of children attending the camp and are willing to join the training sessions.
Number of children for Athletics and Soccer separately or if anyone is willing to attend both.

I am writing this letter to request a position of Medical Staff for the children's summer camp. I am willing to help the children with safety and also take care of them while they are at the camp. I have been working as a medical staff in one of the most reputed hospitals in the area for the last 8 years. I am a CPR certified medical professional and can be handy in any emergency situations in the camp.
I would be willing to know the schedule and the availability of the students so that I can provide the training sessions on CPR. This will definitely help them in future with life threatening situations. Once you let me know the schedules, I am willing to plan my calendar accordingly. I have saved the summer camp days and will not have any other commitments.

Let me start by saying “Thank You” for arranging the holiday summer camp for children. I just saw the advertisement for the same and without wasting any time. I am writing this letter to be a part of the camp as a helper performing the role of a support staff.
I have worked as a support staff for the national soccer team and have experience as a field staff also. I can help the camp arrange the tents, help the specialists with their tools, instruments, and other staff. I have a passion for cooking and can help the cook by arranging snacks, preparing the lunch tables, arranging camp fires for the students etc. Also, I love to interact with new people. It would enhance my communication skills. Also, it will boost my confidence. I am a Psychology student. So, it would help me gain experience in knowing other students. I would be able to assist them. Also, I will help them to get stress free and enjoy the summer camp. They would get free therapy as well as counseling. This will attract more children to the camp.
I have noted the dates of the summer camp and I will be available during the time. It will be an experience for me which I can take till the end of my days.
There are few things that I would like to know about the camp:
