Model Answer 1
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to show my disappointment regarding a purchase. Also, to complained about the flour kneader for my mixer that I purchased from your shop two days earlier. The equipment was initially fine when the technicians came to set it up. Later when I used to make the dough, I added flour and poured water into it. It made a bizarre noise and then the machine stopped. So, I attached the mixer to another power socket but it did not work. But when I used the mixer to make other things, it worked. So, it is clear to me that the flour kneader has some issues working. So I contacted customer service and they informed me to solve the problem by sending a technician. But it has been five days and no technician has shown up.
I recalled it as well. But now they started ignoring my calls. Also, they were talking rudely when I spoke on the phone. Hence, I am writing this letter so that you can take necessary action regarding this matter. The flour kneader has 2 years of warranty replacement. So I would like to replace the flour kneader with a new one. I would wait for your reply.
Yours Sincerely
Dravide

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a blender appliance that I bought from your shop. After the purchase, the technician came to set it up. But the customer service I received afterward was extremely poor. As the blender was not working properly I was hoping to replace the product. It is also that the product is within the warranty period. So, I bought the product from the store you have in Dunlop. The product seemed very interesting. But when I installed it in my kitchen, it did not work. The blades got stuck with the fruits and it was unable to make a smoothie. I was disappointed and shocked as well. I was one of the best selling products of your store. It has good reviews as well.
My purpose in writing this letter to you is that I have a request for the replacement of this equipment. I contacted customer service and they informed me to solve the problem by sending a technician. Furthermore, I expect you to issue a show cause notice to your salesperson about her coarse behavior towards me. I expect quick remedial action from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Sam Rachel

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my discontentment with a recent purchase from your store. I bought an electric stove from your shop three days ago and it malfunctioned the very next day. I have a request for the replacement of this equipment or refund me the full amount. I purchased a Pigeon Company Induction from your shop on 28th March 2022. The technician came home and installed the electric stove. Then they showed me how to use it, it was working perfectly fine. To my surprise, when the day after I wanted to switch it on, it did not switch on. I tried to do it a few more times before I finally called your store. My order number is 988644 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt. The front desk helper, who answered the call, confirmed that the installation steps were correct and suggested that it may be a manufacturing defect. She assured me that the equipment would be replaced and that someone from the shop would arrive to collect the stove. It has been five days but there is no response from the store. I request you to check this matter and suggest a solution. I am ready to drive down to the shop to hand over the stove, in case a pickup cannot be arranged. Looking forward to a speedy resolution.
Yours faithfully,
James
