In the competitive and dynamic world, people are not rooted in any one place on the earth. They constantly look for better opportunities and migrate from one place to another. Last year my father got an offer from a reputable company in Bangalore. Hence, we decided to move to a new city.
We all started packing our bags and luggage. Finally, the day of our departure. Our flight timing was at 6.30 A.M from Dumdum Airport, Kolkata. We reached Bangalore at around 9 A.M. The company has already allotted a car for us. We moved to the quarters of the company. Moving to a new city is always exciting as well as challenging for one as it provides new opportunities as well as many hurdles. The lifestyle, culture and people of each and every city is different from others. One has to adapt to all those changes. Once an individual gets accustomed to such changes, he/she can live a peaceful life. It was no different for us also. My father joined the company the very next day. In a few days, my father got to know about many office colleagues. They came to our quarter and asked if we needed some help. Gradually, my mom also gets to know about many neighbors. A few days later, I joined a renowned school in Bangalore which is inside the premises of the company only. I met many students of my age group and developed a friendship with them. With each passing day, we were becoming normal in a new city. It felt like we were there in the city for ages.
Moving to a new city brings better opportunities and better work skills. We meet various kinds of people from different backgrounds and thus develop harmony with them. We got to know the lifestyle, culture, and food habits of different people. Thus, cultural transmission takes place. In this fast-moving world, moving to a new city is not a big deal. People move to different parts of the country and even abroad for better job opportunities, education facilities, medical purposes, and so on.

Moving to a new city can sometimes be difficult for a person's life. Although, in this dynamic world, change is inevitable. We have to move on in our lives and thrive for the best opportunity.
I used to live in a joint family in Kolkata. After I had completed my graduation, I got a job offer from a remote place in Arunachal Pradesh. I was born and brought up in busy city life in Kolkata. The thoughts started creeping into my mind that I had to relocate to a remote place in Arunachal Pradesh. Finally, when the day came of my departure in the month of May, I was nervous and at the same time excited to venture into a new place. I have always been interested in venturing into new places, traveling, and staying in close proximity to nature. And after I relocated to my new place, I found just the environment and place I dreamt of. The area was covered with lush greenery, birds chirping all around and my day started with the melodious calls of birds. I realized all my tension; nervousness has gone away. I began my office work with my full dedication. When I got my own free time, I went to venture into the evergreen forests of Arunachal Pradesh. This is to capture and photograph the beautiful wildlife and endemic birds of the forests. I was leading a simple and peaceful life. Moving to a new city is sometimes challenging. Someone may find it good or beneficial for them while others may find relocating to a new place has negative consequences. But for me, it was all a blessing as I dreamt of such a place to live in close proximity to nature. With the passing days, I developed a strong connection and friendship with my office colleagues as well as nature. The birds and wildlife have now become part and parcel of my life. Moving to a new city has brought a significant change in my life. It has brought new opportunities in my life and developed the values like tolerance, patience, and selflessness in me.
To conclude, we can say that moving to a new city brings positiveness, better living and job opportunities, and many other facilities. Although, there may be some kind of challenges present, relocating to a new place which one must have the power to cope and deal with.

Education has no bars or age to limit. When I was sixteen years old, I completed my board examination and I decided to move to a new city for higher education. I live in a small rural village in West Bengal where higher education opportunities are limited. Thus, I decided to relocate to Pune and decided to pursue my higher studies at Pune University.
My board examination was completed in the month of April and I was going to a completely new city. At first, I was hesitant to move to a new city but once I was selected for the interview I decided to move to the new city. Finally, the day of my departure came. The day just started like any other normal day. The ringing of the alarm clock woke me up. After I reached Pune, I thought I have come to a vast ocean where people run with time to live a livelihood. It was all new for me. With the passing days, I become adjusted to the new city life. I started living in a rented house. The house was surrounded by trees all around and a lake was just opposite the house. I made new friends at the university. Moving to a new town isn’t just about the new house, it is also about making new friends. Living a different lifestyle by adjusting to the lifestyle of the city. Being a shy person who has trouble connecting with new people was absolutely terrifying. But, once I started my regular classes, within a few weeks I developed strong connections and friendships with some classmates. They never made me realize that I was so far from my hometown and my parents. The university campus was worth visiting. Not only does it provide quality education, but also it is full of lush greenery with a variety of trees. Birds chirp all around the campus with melodious tunes. Gradually, I developed a strong bond with the professors of the university. And with the passing of a few months, I felt that I was surrounded by my local people. All my nervousness and anxiety have vanished.
This great change in my life has brought many opportunities in my life. As I finished my university education, I was recruited by a company in Pune only. I never thought that moving to a new place would bring such enormous changes in my life.
