Model Answer 1
Dear sir/Madam,
This letter is mainly to inform you about the absence of a cafeteria in the office which is an important concern to address because of the inconvenience faced by the staff. The office hours being strict from 9.30AM to 6.30PM, it becomes important for the staff to have some casual breaks which makes the presence of a cafeteria important.
The staff often feel stressed due to the strict deadlines and constant pressures of work. This work pressure generally tends to increase considering that the staff do not find a convenient place where they could go for tea or coffee breaks. This makes them visit eating areas outside of the workplace which becomes time consuming and even results at times to skip lunch.
I feel it is important to keep all the staff motivated and feel relaxed while they work even on strict deadlines. The presence of a cafeteria would lighten their mood and help them perform better. I hope the matter would be taken into consideration and a cafeteria would be set up soon in the office premises.
I hope for a positive action and hence, shall be obliged.
Yours sincerely,
Astha Ray

Model Answer 2
Dear Sir/Madam,
The letter is to inform you about the need for a cafeteria in the office for the staff in order to address their inconvenience for visiting places outside the office for small-breaks. The staff need to have a place where they can visit during the work hours for minute breaks in between the strict schedules.
The staff has been facing quite some issues in terms of the lack of a cafeteria within the office which makes them visit places outside of the workplace. This becomes a problem because staff in order to relax from the rigid schedule need to have tea and coffee breaks.
During lunch hours, most staff skip their lunch and rather go for tea or coffee which might take a toll on their health eventually.
I feel that the staff need to be kept motivated to work within the office and addressing their need for a cafeteria is important. This would help them have their tea or coffee break in a shorter duration while helping them work better in a more relaxed environment.
Hoping to receive a positive response for the same.
Yours sincerely,
Aayush Sharma
Model Answer 3
Dear Sir/Madam
This letter is to inform about a concern related to the staff in the office who need to have the convenience of having a cafeteria within the workplace for considering casual breaks during the strict deadlines of work.
The issue has been identified considering the need for having a break during the long work hours in the office whereby it is possible for the staff to relax their mind before they continue with their work. The absence of a cafeteria makes them visit places outside the office resulting in a 10-minutes break time to become a 20 minutes break. This results further in extended working hours for the staff to achieve the deadlines.
I consider this issue to be of concern because addressing the needs of the staff would only help them engage with their work better. I feel if the staff is provided with a cafeteria it would decrease their inconvenience as well as help them perform better.
In hope of receiving a positive response in lieu of the stated concern.
Yours faithfully
Rajiv Anand
