Hi Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about the courses provided in your college and few other details. I am planning to study English in an English speaking country. Hence, I would like to join your college. However, before joining, I would like to have some more information regarding the college and the courses offered.

Since I am interested in English, I would like to know more about the subject offered at your university. Things like scholarships, tenurity and the faculty of the college will be of great help. Not only that, I would also like to know about other courses available since I am planning to do other courses on a part-time basis.
