Model Answer 1
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a third-year computer science student who is writing to express my dissatisfaction with the subpar facilities at our lab. Our class has 60 pupils, however there are only 20 computers in the lab. Because of this, each computer is shared by three pupils, greatly restricting our use of it.
As you are probably aware, learning theory is less important in computer science than getting experience. Unfortunately, the lack of computers severely reduces our chances of learning useful practical information. The facilities in the libraries are also subpar. Due to how quickly technology is evolving in this field, computer science textbooks have become outdated in a couple of months. Although there are quite a few computer books in the library, many are out of date. Naturally, we are required to pay for these expensive textbooks on our own.
I'm pleading with you on behalf of my fellow graduates to purchase additional computers and up-to-date texts for the lab and library. Additionally, it would be fantastic if the systems were maintained and updated on a regular basis.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Astha

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a third-year student at your college majoring in accounting, and sports is my optional subject. I am writing to you about a situation I have repeatedly run into over the past few weeks on our football field. I am hopeful that you will act right away to address the issue.
Regarding the subject, our football team is working really hard at practice to be ready for the forthcoming game against FC College. Due to this, we can become quite lethargic near the end of our training sessions. But I'm concerned since the ground faucet appears to be broken, preventing my teammates and me from quenching our thirst during and after practice. As a result, I had to be taken to the hospital right away a few days ago when I became dehydrated.
I'm writing to you to request a drinking water faucet so that we can continue our practising sessions without putting our health in jeopardy. Additionally, it would be nice if we could find a resting spot with a bench close to the field.
I look forward to your thoughtful consideration and quick response to this.
Sincerely,
Sahil

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a science major at your college and am honoured to be a part of this illustrious organisation. But I'm writing to let you know about some issues the residential students and I have been having for the past few weeks. I hope you will take action to address these issues as soon as feasible.
Regarding the particulars of the first issue, our college's sole copying machine has been broken for more than a month. We frequently waste valuable time by having to travel to the closest market in order to get any photocopies that we need. In addition, the college canteen no longer ensures a healthy diet, which is why I've had terrible stomach discomfort for the past week. I had to go to the doctor, and the test results indicated that I had food poisoning. Some other kids who dined at the canteen the previous week met the same end.
I hope you can understand how terrible things are for us. If you could step in and address the issues that are adversely affecting us, I would be really grateful.
I'm hoping you'll take action to relieve our problems..
Sincerely,
Robert
