Dear Mr Arora,
It is in reference to the Sigma Building on the Mg road, where I have been working for the past year now. As you are the building manager of the Sigma building I am writing this letter to let you know that I am facing some issues with bicycle parking here.
As I am an environment enthusiast I commute to the office every day on my bicycle. Besides, the building is close to my place, and I find it convenient to ride to the office on my bicycle. For the past few days, I have been facing security issues with the bicycle. Every other day either my bicycle tire is punctured or I find the lock on my bicycle broken, and lying on the ground. It is a major inconvenience for me to fix the bicycle tire every other day.
I request you to look into the matter. Additionally, it would be a great help if you could install a CCTV camera in the building parking. Or allocate a guard at the entrance of the parking lot so that it is even more secure.
I am looking forward to your support in the matter.

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the issues I am facing with the bicycle parking at the CMS building on Perangthur road. It has been almost six months since I have been working in this building.
I have been using my bicycle to commute to work as I recently enrolled in an environment preservation initiative. In lieu of ongoing pollution problems, I believe it is more eco-friendly to travel via bike.
For the past two months, I have been unable to park my bicycle in the parking lot. The parking lot is extremely crowded with vehicles and there is no space to park the bicycles. The vehicle owners relentlessly park their vehicles at the allocated space for the bicycles. Some of my colleagues are also facing the same issue, thus I decided to bring it to your notice.
As you are the building manager of the building I request you to kindly look into the matter. It would be a great help if there is an official notice from your end for the vehicle owners to not park at the allocated space for bicycles. A fine for the same could also be charged.

It is in reference to the parking issues that I am facing at your building. I am currently working in the Digital Vision building on Gandhi Road. It has been almost two years since I have been commuting to work via bicycle.
I have ditched other modes of transport as I am an environment enthusiast and I find it more comfortable and eco-friendly to commute to work via bicycle. Also, being a part of the environment conservation committee I feel it is my responsibility to take small steps toward preserving the environment.
A few of my colleagues are also a part of the committee and work in the same building. For the past month, I and a few of my colleagues are facing severe security issues with the building parking. Oftentimes the locks on our bicycles are broken, tires are punctured, or the helmets and bikes are stolen. It is a complete disappointment to witness such incidents on a regular basis.
The guard assigned at the parking lot is sometimes not available for an entire day, which gives the delinquents a chance to vandalize our bicycles.
Being the building manager I urgently request you to kindly look into the matter. Please assign a different security guard for the parking lot. I would also suggest installing a CCTV camera at the parking lot and maintaining a register to maintain a record of the vehicle and its owners.
