Dear editor,
I’m writing to give you some background and feedback on the magazine ‘Gardening Monthly’ which I picked up from my local newsstand. Although I’m not a professional gardener, I have a keen interest in this field as I have recently retired from my job as a production assistant and gardening has become my daily pursuit.
I would like to share that, your in-depth step-by-step tutorials for everyday gardening techniques have been helping me a lot. The direct point-to-point visuals on the gardening technique, are stunning and inspirational for home gardeners. However, since I am a well-wisher, I would also like to highlight a couple of areas that could be improved. This includes, the magazine being too short as it only comes out once a month and a 20-page magazine is not long enough. In addition to this, I spotted a lot of grammatical mistakes as the first article from the last edition had 8 mistakes.
All in all, the above-mentioned point can be easily handled, grammatical errors can be solved by hiring a new editor or better supervising them to ensure they are thorough with the writing part. With respect to the length of the magazine, I would recommend a bi-monthly format because demand would justify this. I would surely read it!
Thanks for hearing me out,

Dear editor,
I am a huge fan of your travel magazine and was reading its 250th edition, where you had published an article about my hometown in order to support tourism. I really appreciate this great effort of highlighting an obscure place like my hometown, however, I regret to inform you that there is a factual error in your article.
This article says that the migratory birds visit our beautiful town during the month of April, while they visit from early February. The importance of correcting this is because of the fact that the livelihood of many people in my hometown heavily relies on the tourist spending of the visitors. I know a lot of families who work in the tourism sector facing hardships.
Therefore, it will be really good, if you can issue a correctional notice in your magazine’s next publication about the previous mistake. It will help the prospective tourists not getting confused about the timing of the migratory birds’ visit to my hometown. Thank you for your consideration in advance.
Yours faithfully,

Dear editor,
I am an avid reader and a great fan of your magazine “Best Destinations”. In the latest edition of your magazine i.e., March issue, the magazine highlighted my town which is quite exciting for and attracts many international tourists.
However, I was able to identify a few incorrect pieces of information. My town now has two airports instead of just one and the second one was built as recently as last year. The newly built airport is used for most international airplanes to land and depart, thus it very important to highlight this. Also, one of the most popular tourist attractions in our town is an island, which is not prone to rampant storms as claimed in the article because, in reality, the last severe storm was at least 14 years ago.
I think such an erroneous fact can have a huge impact on the reader and my town may lose out on tourists. Since your magazine is renowned worldwide, I believe you should make the changes and update this in your issue. Further, I wanted to request you to properly investigate the facts before sharing them with the readers. Thank you for your consideration in advance.
Yours faithfully,
