Dear Sir,
My name is Prakash Jha, and I'm writing to request consideration for a part-time job at your clothes store.
I believe I would be the best choice for the job and have a lot to offer your company. I've worked in a number of retail settings, so I'm accustomed to activities like moving boxes, unloading, stocking, and register work. I am really interested in fashion and am well-versed in it, so I could dress the mannequins in fashionable outfits. This would appeal to the target market that your store is trying to reach. I've also had success assisting clients in selecting the appropriate attire for their bodies.
I would offer passion and energy to your store in addition to my expertise and skills. I am a hardworking and amiable employee that can handle any circumstance.
I'm a student right now, therefore my classes are in the mornings, so it affects my working hours. I would be available to work any afternoons, nights, or weekends if I were to be given the job. What do you think about this?
I sincerely hope you enjoyed reading about my experiences and will think about inviting me to an interview.
Yours Sincerely,
Prakash Jha

Dear Sir,
The purpose of addressing this letter to you is that I live in your neighbourhood and am currently looking for a part-time job. My name is Aanchal Chanchalani, and I’m a student here. I came to New Hmaphsire last month and currently need a job to support my expenses.
I came across this hiring opportunity from the pamphlet that you have attached on your door. I’m a student of business management and I believe I’m fit for the role of store manager. Prior to this current degree, I have specialised masters in commerce background. I believe it will be helpful for the management of accounts and expenses in the store. In addition to that, I have worked as an intern in an electronic outlet. The intern category that I worked in was client management and accounts handling. Thus, I can rest assured that your customers will have the perfect experience when they visit the store under my watch.
I’m comfortable being called for an interview whenever you want. The working hours, however, were not mentioned in the pamphlet. I’d be glad if I could know the working hours you are expecting someone with this role to work. I’ll be comfortable with a maximum of six hours starting from the evening at 5pm. Until % pm, I have my college and tuition classes. Thus, I’ll be comfortable with that time.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Thanks and Regards,
Aanchal Chanchalani

Dear Ma’am,
I have recently settled in the neighbourhood where your shop is located. I’m from India and I have come here to live with my children. My name is Dashrath Singh, and I’m 56 years old. Back in India we had a clothing store which was monitored and managed by me. However, since my children wanted me to settle with them here, I left that business and sold it to another person.
Here in Ohio, after my children leave for their respective workplaces, I have no one to talk to. Thus, I was suggested about the opening of a store manager in your shop for a part-time role. I’d love to be a part of your store and manage it. I have experience with customer handling for the past 20 years. It’s been more than 30 years since I have been a part of this clothing business.
Considering my skills and experience, you should allow me with an interview. Further, if you find me competent enough, do accept me as the store’s manager. I can work for a complete 7 hours starting from 11am in the morning. Kindly, let me know the working hours and start shift you are offering so that I can manage it accordingly.
Awaiting a positive response from your end.
Thanking You,
Dashrath Singh
