I am writing this letter to ask for your services as a property agent to help me find an accommodation in Amalfi Coast, Italy.

My name is Joanne Smith, and I will be relocating with my husband and two children. I have recently taken charge of the Amalfi Coast division in my company. So, my work requires me to permanently relocate myself. We are hoping to emigrate in 4 months.

We are interested in buying a spacious house with white picket fences in a gated community. I would prefer a house with four bedrooms and attic space. The house should have a lawn, a pool, a spacious kitchen, and a study. It would be great if the house was built as such to receive a lot of sunlight.

The accommodation should be located in a suburb, outside the city centre but not too far away. I would prefer it if the house was an hour’s drive away from the city. There should be a primary school and a high school nearby because one of my children is about 9 years old and the other is 15.

I will be emigrating to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. So, I am writing this letter to your assistance for buying a house.

I am Aditya Banerjee, and I will be relocating to Ho Chi Minh City because I have been transferred to work at the Vietnam branch. This transfer requires me to base myself near the office. I am going to emigrate within 3 weeks, and I will need accommodation by then.

I am looking to buy an apartment in a high-rise building. Please make sure that all kinds of utilities are taken care of by the people that manage the complex. I would appreciate it if the apartment complex offered some recreational activity options like basketball, swimming etc. The apartment itself should have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area.

The building should be located at the city centre. It will be good if all means of public transport are easily accessible from that location.

I know three weeks isn’t a lot of time, but I hope that you will be able to find me a suitable property. I am eagerly awaiting a response from you.

My name is Priya Deshmukh, and I will be relocating to Kyoto with my parents and my dog. I have been recruited by a Kyoto-based Bank which is why I need to relocate myself to Kyoto. I am hoping to emigrate by the end of June.

I need a quaint house with lots of gardening space because my father likes growing vegetables and flowers. I would prefer if the house was built in the old Japanese style with sliding doors and tatami mats. It should have at least 4 rooms and a dining space large enough to host people. If you can find one, I’d really like for the house to have a small koi fishpond.

The house should be located at the outskirts of the city but not too far away from the city centre. I would appreciate it if the metro were easily accessible from that location. The house should be close to grocery markets as well.
