Topic: You had a good meal at a local restaurant with your family. Write a letter to the newspaper to tell them about it, describe the meal you had, and why you think the restaurant is worth visiting.

Dear sir,
I,Arun Kumar, am writing this letter to share a wonderful experience that I had at The Last Metro restaurant. It is probably one of the best restaurants in the city right now.
I had booked the restaurant to host the 10th birthday of my son. I organized a small gathering with about 50 guests. I went to their restaurant beforehand and guided me beautifully through the booking process. They asked about our dietary restrictions, decorations and presented us with an option within our budget.
On the day of our celebration, everything was looking perfect. The guests started arriving at 6 pm in the evening and they were served with a welcome mocktail which was made of fruit juice. Then the starters served were impeccable in taste. They had two options – non-vegetarian and vegetarian, so that all of the guests could enjoy themselves. The mutton keema chops as well as the paneer tikka fries were amazing. They were freshly prepared and tasted heavenly. The main course menu had a variety of options and the smell and taste were both top notch. They also provided us with two types of salad options- chicken salad and Russian salad. They curated a selection of yummy sweet dishes which all of my guests enjoyed!
On top of that the behavior of the waiters as well as the manager was friendly. They treated each and every guest of mine with utmost respect and affection. They also served the food with care and went around the room asking guests if they wanted more help.
They also arranged for music for dancing. All of my guests enjoyed it a lot and had an extremely pleasant evening.
I feel that The Last Metro deserves some publicity. Therefore I will be highly obliged if you can publish my review in your Restaurant Review section so that more people get to know about the restaurant and our wonderful experience with the place!

Dear Sir,
I am Shirley Sen from Kolkata, India. I am 22 years old and am currently pursuing my MBA from IIM Kolkata. Recently I had the pleasure of visiting the Barbeque Nation restaurant with my family and cousins who were visiting us from the United States of America.
We went for the lunch buffet which was priced at Rs. 799 plus taxes per person. The number of starters and main course items were in plenty so were the desserts. On entering the restaurant, we were served complimentary fresh lime soda and an in-table griller was set into our table. The servers were serving us barbecued chickens, fish and fruits. We could repeat it as long as we wished to!
Then we moved on to the main course, which was a basic spread of biriyani, fried rice, mushroom soup, chicken curry, mutton Rogan Josh and many other vegetarian options as well. I had particularly liked the chicken preparation and the biryani. For desserts we helped ourselves to fried rice cream, some slices of watermelons and cucumbers, three different types of cakes and a chocolate mousse. The taste of each of the items were exquisite and I wanted to have more.
I would say that overall the food of the restaurant was amazing, especially the kebabs and shrimps which were served at our table. Along with that the waiters and helpers were super friendly and kind. They answered all our queries and made sure that we were satisfied with their food and services.
I feel that Barbeque Nation deserves some publicity for their food and amazing services. HenceI will be highly obliged if you can publish my review in your Restaurant Review section. This wil help in more people get to know about the restaurant and our wonderful experience with the place!

Dear sir,
I am Veronica Fernandes from Goa, India. I am currently based in Kolkata due to my work. Recently my friends and I went to a famous restaurant in Kolkata known as Oh! Calcutta.
It is one of the oldest restaurants in Kolkata and they are known for serving some amazing authentic Bengali food. As a Goan, I have quite an appetite for food, especially home cooked food. So I along with my friends decided to try out some Bengali food this weekend.
We had booked a table for four and therefore we were able to skip the long waiting line. The restaurant gets quite crowded during the weekends therefore it will be a suggestion to go during the weekdays or priory book a table during the weekends.
When we entered the restaurant we were welcomed with an amazing and refreshing drink called the Aam Pora Shorbot. Then we ordered the Special Bengali thali. It comprised of shukto, ucche (bottle gourd), bhaat (rice), dal, pomfret fish, Bhetki paturi, mutton curry, papad, mango chutney and three types of sweet dishes, of course including the rosogolla.
As it was my first time tasting the Bengali cuisine, I would say that I quite liked it. The cuisine has a balanced taste – ranging from bitter, spicy to sweet. The cooking of the chef at the restaurant was impeccable as he was able to bring out the essence of the flavors of the dishes. My most favorite items from the menu were bhaat, bhetki paturi, pomfret and the amazing mango chutney. The masala used in the mango chutney complimented the sweet and sour flavor of the chutney. The sweets were also very soft and melted into the mouth.
I feel that Oh! Calcutta is one of the best places to have authentic Bengali food in Kolkata and it deserves some publicity for their food and amazing services. Hence I will be highly obliged if you can publish my review in your Restaurant Review section so that more people get to know about the restaurant and our wonderful experience with the place!
