Dear Minas,

How have you been? I hope you are in good health. I would like to express my gratitude to you for your help in the press conference. As you might be aware, I asked for your suggestions and advice for my press conference held yesterday.

As you are a student of psychology, the topic for my press conference was “Ways To Improve Mental Health Of Students”. Your advice was of great help to me. In the press conference, I asked about the mental condition and thoughts of students. This helped me build a connection with them and they felt comfortable sharing their everyday problems. Also, I made use of visual aids as you suggested on a lot of websites from which I can create attractive visual aids. It helped me to convey my point of view in a representable manner.

At the end of the press conference, I was able to make them all smile. Also I was able to help them cope with mental health issues. Many teachers and trainers who joined the conference were beyond appreciable regarding the methods I losted out for ensuring mental stability of students.
