Dear Prakash,

I am so happy to finally receive your letter. But I am also disappointed to read that you are finding it difficult to settle into your new position, which you are extremely excited about. I truly feel for you because I can identify with the situation you are having. But relax; it will soon come to an end.

Despite my job agreement to work from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, I can still clearly remember how one day my superior ordered me to work the night shift. My boss made it unofficially permanent for me after I worked a few nights in a row. I had to drop my kids off at school early in the morning. Because I worked nights, I was unable to get a good night's sleep or maintain my social or family life. It was disastrous. I can see from your letter that you are going through this difficult stage as well.

I'd suggest talking to your boss as a possible option. You'd be astonished at how many issues can be resolved by having a straightforward chat at work. In the event that this is unsuccessful, you might speak with upper management or even think about moving jobs.

Dear Vivek,

I was going to write you a quick note about the issue you've been having since last week. I can identify with your issue or predicament since I faced a similar challenge when I was a teacher.

I received a letter from you the preceding week. I'm very sorry to read that you are having similar problems as mine two years ago. Being in a similar circumstance myself, I can completely relate to your predicament and am willing to provide advice on how to get past it.

I had a disagreement with the dormitory warden over the quality of the meals during my senior year of college. As the head of the food committee, I had to speak out in favour of the other students who were staying in the ladies' dormitory. I told the warden about the calibre of the food being provided to the students and how it was cooked. However, she acted against me rather than the workers and removed me from the institution without cause. I was able to understand your current predicament as soon as I finished reading your letter.

You must send a letter to the department head in order to escape this predicament. Give them complete explanations of everything. Inform them of the issues mentioned by pupils regarding the food's quality. Include a list of the bullet points you and the warden discussed to raise the calibre of the cuisine. Mention what the warden did after hearing all of this, without a doubt. After hearing all of this, they will take quick action against the warden and let you enrol in the college the following day.
