I am thrilled that such a shopping complex is soon going to be built in my proximity. All the residents of my area as well as some of the neighbouring apartments were facing a huge difficulty on account of the absence of such a shopping mall. Even though there are such stores spread across Delhi, they are very far from our place and getting to those places is arduous due to heavy traffic on the city roads. A construction like this will be a big remedy and time-saving for all of us living in this vicinity.

I am inquisitive to know whether this shopping complex will have parking facilities or not. Presently, we do not have any committed area for parking vehicles and I am presumptuous that once this complex will be functional, people will be able to seek parking inside of this shopping complex.

I got to know about the whereabouts of this building plan while I was listening to the evening news on a local radio channel, which enlightened the local residents about the builder's name and company, who are contemplating constructing a commercial shopping street for the local public living in this vicinity and those close by.

I am extremely moved with the idea of constructing such a shopping plaza here as there is not a single one-roof complex for the people who reside in this locality, due to which they need to drive to long distances to buy day to day needed items, which becomes very cumbersome especially for the senior citizens and those who don’t have a car.

As an interested resident of the locality, I would like to know when the building will get completed and the date for the opening ceremony. Not just this, I was also curious to know if the shopping street will have local products or branded items, as the people here are brand conscious. Last but not the least, during the construction phase will there be any road closures or route diversions as the local people will have to make necessary arrangements.

It was really shocking for me and my family when we came across this news in our local daily about the building of this project. Presently, there are no big shopping streets in our neighbourhood, and so we have to travel all the way to the town to shop. Looking at the blueprint, it looks really beneficial for us as we can save our time and money. With the construction of such a magnanimous shopping complex, our district will also be developed and also generate greater sources of income for the locals.

While mostly everything would be made clear as the project starts, I have some pressing doubts, the first being about the parking facility of the shopping complex. As the street where the complex is to be built is essentially a residential area, it would be problematic for most of the people residing here if any vehicles are parked in front of their gates. I would advise the construction company to have an underground parking facility rather than looking for other possible choices. The second thing I wanted to inquire about was the approximated time of completion of the shopping complex. Lastly, will the shopping complex be limited to apparel brands or will there be any electronic gadget stores or will the complex have a hyper city or supermarket providing daily need items.
