Dear Sir or madam,
I’m Suvo, a resident of Maniktala. I’m facing some issues because of your new outlet in my area. Your construction company is using my yards for their use. As it’s a construction company, they used to land all types of raw materials on my property without my permission. It creates dust and spoils the environment of my house. It is the cause of my dust allergy. Furthermore, it is not a good deal to load your materials into my yard.
I might allow it if it is for some days. But this is going to be a permanent phenomenon as they need space to load their materials. So it’s not at all considerable. I really want you to take some action as soon as possible. It is a very insensitive act to become the reason for someone's illness. At this moment, it is necessary to take action.
I would like to suggest a solution. There is a big ground a little far. That ground is not used by anyone. No child went there to play. You can call it just abandoned land. So it would be very helpful if you transferred your loading place there instead of my house area. That place is a bit far from the town, so it will not cause any kind of disturbance among the people. You will be able to do your work peacefully without disturbing any other person. Your work will run smoothly and our lives too.
Hope you will take some action. Any other suggestive actions will also be helpful. Just clear this place and maintain the environment.

I’m Fatima from Taltala. Your company has opened a new outlet in my locality. I know your company is very famous for supplying high quality iron rods to people. But it is creating chaos in my locality. Let me explain why I’m saying this.
In this area there live old people. Some people have heart issues too. The sound of the cutting rod is very sharp, and it causes pain for them. They are suffering severely because of this all-day long cutting sound. Therefore, maybe unintentionally, you people are causing harm to old people. This is not at all considerable. I had to admit my grandfather for this reason. He was suffering from this sound pollution and had severe pain in his heart. His situation was so critical that I had to admit it. So I don’t want him to suffer anymore. He is still in the hospital.
This area is actually a residential area. No other company is situated here. This location is not at all suitable for opening a construction company. So, I would like to suggest that you transfer your company to the market area. All types of companies are situated there. They are working smoothly without disturbing the peaceful atmosphere. That area is perfect for opening a construction company.

I’m Aniket from Behala. I’m facing some issues due to your company’s new outlet. In this locality, your company has opened a new branch which deals with marbles and tiles. I have no problem with that. They load their materials in the proper place without harming any others’ privacy. But the difficulty is the carriers of the materials, the big lorries. I am aware of the reputation of your company, I’m even a customer of yours.
But this outlet is creating chaos in my locality. This is a residential area with small roads only for small vehicles. This road is not meant for heavy lorries. For this reason, those lorries are becoming the cause of damaging the roads. Furthermore, they are creating jams on the road. As I have mentioned earlier, this road is short in its width. No other vehicle is able to pass on the road when one truck is standing.
I would like to suggest you change the road where the lorries stand. There is a big road on the other side of the locality. That road is strong enough to tolerate these big lorries. If you use that road, it will be very helpful for everyone. No jams will occur and life will run smoothly.
Please think about this suggestion. If you can find another solution, then that will also be appreciated. Take action as soon as possible.
