Hi Rhea,
I'm writing because we didn't have time to chat after work on Friday, and I require your assistance. The conference I've been arranging (on the theme of "The Use of Technology in Modern Education," in case you missed it) is coming up next week. On the 23rd, commencing at 10:30 a.m., it will take place at the Gem Plaza.
Due to Covid-19 limitations, one of our scheduled panelists on the advantages of using social media had to cancel, and my thoughts instantly went to you. In your personal life, you're an expert on these applications, but I've also observed how you use social media sites into your classroom. You'd be a member of the panel, but there's no need to prepare.
If you accept, we will arrange for a cab to pick you up at 9:30 a.m. for the conference. We will pay you a speaking fee for the day, and there will be a dinner party after the programme, to which you are of course invited.
If you are interested in attending this conference, please let me know.
Regards,
Reshma

Hi Neha,
Thank you very much for letting me borrow your book for my presentation. Everyone enjoyed the presentation, and I was thanked profusely for my efforts.
Our book, "The Great Scrum Master," was essential for my presentation, "Scrum - A Better Way to Build Products." Introduction to scrum, its ideals, roles, and responsibilities of a Scrum team, numerous events during, and finally artefacts are all covered. In addition, throughout my talk, I attempted to cover the scrum life cycle.
To begin the presentation, I must mention that your book was a tremendous resource. I gained an in-depth understanding of the basic foundation by consulting a book. It helped me not only with the material for the presentation, but also with the professional organization of my thoughts.
I'd like to express my gratitude once more for recommending such an excellent book. I hope to see you back in the office shortly after your Christmas vacation.
Regards,
Reshma

Dear John,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend. I'm writing to ask for assistance with tomorrow's Marketing Strategies lecture.
I'll be giving a short presentation on digital marketing, and I'll need some electrical gadgets to communicate my message to all attendees.
The location for tomorrow's meeting, which will last one hour and take place after lunch, will be our office auditorium.
Because I have no expertise setting up the essential devices for delivering my presentation, I would appreciate it if you could make the necessary preparations, such as a microphone, speakers, projector, and HDMI cable, because you are a pro at putting up that sort of equipment.
Furthermore, I will arrive early at the location to ensure that all electrical devices are operational, as I do not want any problems to interrupt my presentation in front of the audience. It would also be helpful if you could keep me updated when you've made all of the necessary preparations in the auditorium.
I eagerly await your response.
Regards,
Dan
