Band 7 IELTS Letter

Dear Sir,

I am writing to convey my disappointment with the customer care provided for lost-and-found enquiries, with all due respect. So, in this circumstance, I am asking for your assistance. The bus with the number DL05 2134 took me from Delhi to Gurugram on May 15, 2021.

I may have left my phone on seat A21 when I got off the bus, as I discovered when I arrived there. I made a quick call to customer service. The executive was not only impolite but also hesitant to offer any assistance with this issue. I'm well aware that the likelihood of finding my phone is slim. But we should at least attempt since I tried contacting my contact number (8822456754) and it hasn't been turned off yet. Please get in touch with the bus driver so he may properly search the vehicle and let me know if he discovers the phone. I'll describe the phone's features now. It is a limited edition OnePlus 5 phone. A picture of two pandas may be found on the blue back cover of the book. There is a crack in the lower left corner of the front screen guard. The image on the lock screen background is of my daughter having fun with our beloved dog. I will be incredibly appreciative of your kindness, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Manpreet

Band 7.5 IELTS Letter

Dear Sir,

This letter is in reference to the fact that I misplaced my work bag on your bus the day before yesterday, on June 23, which is Wednesday. Around six o'clock in the evening, I took bus number 211 from Panchwati, and I was instructed to get off at the final stop, which is S.G. Highway. My seat was on the right side of the fifth row from the rear.

My work bag was hidden under the seat. It was a rectangular leather bag in black colour with a partially shredded white luggage tag fastened to the belt. Unfortunately, I neglected to take my backpack with me when I descended. I called the bus service help desk after realising this and attempted to explain my situation. They instructed me to call the next day, which I did, but the executive who answered the phone didn't seem particularly concerned about my issue. And didn't provide me with a true, definitive response either. Please take a look at the situation and assist me in getting my bag back. An executive by the name of Sarita was the person I spoke with. Please request a thorough search from the office personnel; if need be, I can come down to the lost and found area to have my luggage identified. I'm expecting a speedy response from your end regarding the following step.

Sincerely,
Priyanka

Band 8 IELTS Letter

Dear Sir,

On July 25, 2016, I used one of your public transportation vehicles from Ikeja to Agege, however, I forgot my foreign passport behind. We had a 7:30 am departure time, and there were roughly eleven of us travelling in a blue, 18-seat Toyota Hiace vehicle. I suppose it might have fallen out of my pocket when I reached for my ticket to show the car attendant before we left.

The object has a cover made of green and has roughly 32 leaves. Inside one of the leaves of the booklet, which is bound in a black bag, is my personal data. The data includes my full name, birth date, and place of origin. My contact information isn't on it, though. I got in touch with your company in an effort to get it back. When I called your office, I was informed that a foreign passport matching the information I had provided had in fact been discovered in one of your vehicles. However, in accordance with your company's policy, I must first present my travel itinerary before the document can be returned to me. Unfortunately, as soon as I got off the bus, I tore it up and threw it away. It never occurred to me that there might ever be a need for it. I'm writing to you in order for you to release the passport to me using your good offices. I am aware that the check is in place to prevent the item from being supplied to the incorrect person. In light of this, you may ask the staff member in charge to utilize my driver's licence to prove that I am the rightful owner. I will give it to whoever is taking care of me along with a court document and a police report that support my claim. I have a test that I must submit my foreign passport in order to be admitted to take. As I hope to hear from you soon, I will be watching for your response.

Sincerely,
Ray
