Band 8 IELTS Essay

Many people think that people are born with a variety of talents, are bestowed by God, and may take charge from the front. Some people think that leadership skills can be developed, though. I concur with the latter type of rationality. This article will go into more detail about both points of view and reach a reasonable conclusion as a result.

People are without a doubt talented and have accomplished a lot if their dreams have come true. Some people possess different kinds of skills that others lack naturally and are quite unique from others, including talent and leadership qualities. Many of the musicians also appear on reality TV shows where they showcase their talents. In India, many people hold the view that some people are born with special abilities. This is especially true with superstars like Amitabh Bacchan and Sachin Tendulkar, who are considered to be among the world's best cricketers, and MS Dhoni, who are known as the gods of cricket.

The opposite is also true; people assert that everyone is born equal and that effort pays off. If we look at today's generation, we can see that a person who has a good life also holds a lot of effort, hard work, and talents that they have built to get there. For instance, Sachin Tendulkar was accustomed to playing cricket for 10 to 12 hours every day, regardless of the weather. He is currently leading from the front because of this. I believe that success requires a lot of hard effort because successful people are born just like everyone else.

The conclusion that can be drawn from the aforementioned argument is that all people are born equally, but that some people are able to catch on quickly while others take a very long time to catch on, which determines whether someone is a born leader naturally or whether they must put in a lot of effort and work to become one.

Some individuals think that leadership ability is innate. However, some assert that leadership skills can be taught. I believe that while some abilities can be learned, there are certain personality attributes that must exist in order to be a leader.

To begin with, there are some inherent abilities needed to be a leader. To take the initiative, the person in control needs to be a confident individual. The person should also be social, energetic, and outgoing. All of these personality traits aid a leader's ability to direct, unite, and inspire others while also motivating and inspiring themselves. A well-known Russian pianist by the name of Denis Matsuev, for instance, is a natural leader who plans significant events like major concerts or international piano contests.

With his charm and superior professional skills, he is able to influence many people. As a result, having a strong personality, being gregarious, and having charisma are crucial natural leadership traits. On the other hand, some individuals believe that leadership skills can be learned. People who wish to become leaders nowadays have access to a variety of trainings, such as NLP, public speaking, and other courses. Future managers are taught numerous approaches in these programmes to help them overcome their insecurity or other people's worries related to managing and communicating. For instance, Romania's former prime minister, Dacian Ciolos, was a technocrat before taking office.

He was not a born leader and, unlike other politicians, he did not enjoy appearing frequently on TV or at public events. However, he has considerably improved his leadership abilities since being involved in politics. He is now regarded as having greater popularity than his ally, Dan Barna. Thus, it has been established that some leadership skills can be acquired.

Consequently, although some people choose to dominate and learn how to do so, others are born with the ability to do so. I believe that practise can help someone become a leader up until a time where their innate abilities will take over.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

There is no question that the general populace needs to learn how to lead. However, some residents believe that leadership comes naturally to people, while others believe that it must be developed. Personally, I definitely believe that the public accepts the latter claim. In this article, I want to explore both points of view, provide examples, and offer my perspective at the end.

The first and most important claim is that the masses are naturally in charge. The next generation is following their examples even though the families are already involved in politics or in their various positions. Because of this, the majority of residents believe that some people are born leaders. The majority of political families, nevertheless, actively encourage their own kids to succeed them as chief ministers of their respective states. Again, as stated in the aforementioned statement, most people are born leaders.

However, few people hold the opinion that leaders must acquire their skills and abilities from experience rather than birth. For instance, most residents rose to positions of leadership as a result of their abilities and education. Because of this, a person's traits can be improved by virtue of their talents and abilities. In the long term, Mr. Modi, the Indian prime leader, came to his position by his success as a politician, independent of his family's heritage. Therefore, it is evident that leadership qualities must develop over time rather than being innate, regardless of the circumstance, after carefully considering all relevant elements.
