Band 8 IELTS Essay

True, senior positions are regularly held by senior citizens in businesses. There is speculation that younger personnel might perform better than previous ones when managing the company. Even while I believe younger generations would be better able to lead the organization. Letting elderly individuals run things offers certain advantages as well. Giving senior adults important positions inside a company has two main benefits, on the one hand. First off, older folks frequently have more job experience than younger folks do due to their having been employed for a longer length of time.

Second, when faced with a difficult situation, older people are frequently more calm. And more confident than less experienced people. Which enables them to make the best decisions as contrasted to younger people. In the current environment, young people are overflowing with creative ideas and aren't scared to use them in their enterprises. They were able to do this because of their analysis of current events and their understanding of market and customer expectations. Additionally, they value feedback from both their internal staff and outside clients. As a result of ongoing development and advancements in technology, their businesses are more successful.

Nevertheless, if given the chance to lead the company, young individuals might perhaps make some constructive contributions. Younger folks will be far better able to use innovative equipment than older people. Since they were reared in the modern environment and have the capacity to take up new skills more rapidly than older people.

Young people, for instance, can fully utilize telephones in less than once hour, whereas senior users must first practice using them for days. Younger people can focus entirely on their work, which improves their performance compared to older people. Who must spend most of their time caring for their families.

In conclusion, although it is true that older people may be advantageous to their company. It makes more sense to assign leadership roles to younger people.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Due to their wisdom and reliance, older individuals—or those who are considered to be elderly—occupy top positions in the majority of businesses. Youthful people can be appointed to higher executive positions, there is a counterargument. This essay fully supports this assertion and demonstrates why a company's ability to expand and thrive depends on the active participation of young people. Younger people are bursting with innovative ideas in the current climate, and they are not afraid to put them into practise in their businesses. This is as a result of their analysis of recent developments and their knowledge of consumer and market demands. In addition, they welcome input from both their internal team and external customers. Their firms are more profitable due to constant development and technological improvement.

As an example, tech titans like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs founded Microsoft and Apple at an early age, even before obtaining their undergraduate degrees. Both of them were successful young businesspeople in their respective eras, and they today serve as role models for many young people.

Additionally, because of their youth, young leaders are more able to socialise with their team and foster a positive work atmosphere. As a result, they get along better with their coworkers and the organisation is more productive. Employee loyalty increases and they can make significant contributions to the growth of the business when they are happy with their management and employment. Many business owners in today's world successfully manage their start-ups by relying only on their workforce and requiring minimal capital.

To sum up, when young people have prestigious positions inside an organisation, their innovative ideas, successful methods of putting them into practise, and rapport with team members help those organisations succeed.

Band 6 IELTS Essay

In order for a firm to advance, selecting the right CEO is of utmost importance. Although young people may have certain exceptional abilities, in my opinion, older members are better equipped to occupy administrative positions.

On the one hand, young people can make effective leaders for a variety of reasons. First off, because they are more likely to be physically fit, young people can handle a lot of labour and obligations. Given that being a leader necessitates handling demanding workloads under duress, this may be an important selection criterion for critical jobs in an organisation. Second, younger employees typically exhibit greater creativity at work.

On one hand, older people have more experience in the industry and it will definitely help them to make better decisions but the reason for that is if there is any severe circumstances in the job, leaders and senior staffs are basically the one who takes control over the situation and have the nerve to do the decision-making process calmly. Besides, as elderly staff may be working in the company for many decades, they may have more influence on other staff. For younger people, it will take time to prove themselves as worthy as older people.

On the other hand, as a leader, one needs to take more responsibilities and need to work more than other people. Survey says that the younger generation people work harder than older people. As younger people have more energy to work and they are eager to learn new things, while older people prefer to go back to home in time as they have a family commitment. In addition, younger people are more creative and laborious. For instance, an intuitive marketing campaign made by a younger marketing person may break out the market and it may have a huge impact on the company's profit.

In conclusion, although older staff may play important roles in the company, I strongly agree that younger leaders will perform better for the above-mentioned reasons.
