Dear Sir/Madam,

It gives me a great pleasure and honor to convey gratitude on behalf of my community to your organization for sponsoring a certain amount either to the local children’s sports team or open air-concerts. Sponsoring the local children’s sports team will inspire many budding athletes to chase their dream, will also simultaneously promote your organization and add you your goodwill. This sports team will also get a chance to get trained with the latest equipment in state of the art facilities. I would also like to point out that aiding two open air concerts will be advantageous to the local talent in our community. It will instigate many local artists to showcase their talents. However, I request you to kindly aid the local sports team of our community as very few people from our community participate in sports and excel in it. It would be a great platform for them to enhance their skills which could further give them a chance to play for the country some day.
