Topic: Nowadays, several women work outside and spend a little time with their family and kids. Their positions in society have changed and because of that young people face many problems including juvenile delinquency and frustration. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer.

Model Answer 1:

Nowadays, most women do not spend much time at home and this has resulted in several problems among the young adults, including frustration and juvenile delinquency.

I agree with the above statement to some extent. This is because, although women are known to be the caretakers of their household; but, it is not the sole responsibility of women to take care of the family and household. In fact, both the parents must have the responsibility of their child's upbringing.

Today, the younger generation is the one involved in most of the crimes, whether it is burglary or theft. There may be several factors leading to an increase in juvenile delinquency. The first being dysfunctional families.

The traditional role of women was to look after their children and household while staying at home. But, this has changed in recent times. To become independent, women today work full time. As a result of this, they no longer cook meals for their kids or help them with their homework. The children are usually left with nannies or at daycares. Mothers are, therefore, no closer to their children. This leads to an increase in the influence of television, the internet, or friends on young adults. There are no restrictions in their life and they do not receive guidance and are easily influenced by their peers. This results in problems like juvenile delinquency.

Working women should not be a problem anymore. In fact, working women serve as role models for their children. This will have a positive effect on children's objectives and prospects in their lives. Women with better educational qualifications or job opportunities will ensure a better living for their children. Thus, women going out would not necessarily be harmful for their children. Moreover, if girls see their mothers as housewives, they will not be encouraged to study, going by the belief that they will stay at home like their mothers.

Model Answer 2:

In the absence of their parents' supervision, children are most likely to develop extreme behaviors like hostility, aggression, or defiance. In fact, there exists a strong correlation between lack of engagement in educational activities and criminal offending behaviors.

Apart from this, the media plays a huge role in the development of such behaviours. An instance can be a game like Grand Theft Auto. Such games encourage youngsters to commit extreme acts of violence and cruelty, by the impression that such behaviours are morally acceptable.

The youth are not very mature for understanding the difference between right and wrong. They can often indulge in illegal activities under the influence of their peers. There are several minors who take drugs and even compel their partners to engage in the same, not realising its ill effects. There is another trend of making bets among youngsters, no matter whether it is legal or illegal. For instance, they often bet to win a bike race, but this leads to accidents many times. They not only harm themselves but also others, not realising that a single bet can cost the life of an innocent.

The need of the hour is to guide the youth in the right direction. This must be the topmost priority of each parent as they are the ones who know what's good for their child and can set them on the right path for a better future. Moreover, imprisonment should not be the way of punishing juvenile offenders. This is because it can have a negative effect on the youth as they can adapt their negative behaviors and this can destroy their whole future. But, counseling can be a better way of handling such matters.

Therefore, the perfect cure for young criminals is rehabilitation. With the help of education and training, the young can realise their wrongful actions. They can be given a platform to transform themselves into useful members of society in future.

Model Answer 3:

Nowadays crimes committed by teenagers are very common and critical in certain nations. I think that the primary supporter of this issue is their companions, friends, peers, as well as their parents. In my opinion, teenagers' parents should be punished with light detainment or a fine. An increasing number of people are concerned about the phenomenon that juvenile delinquency is increasing in many countries leaving negative consequences for themself and their families.

There are a few justifications for why teenagers are committing more crimes. One of the primary explanations comes from their family foundation. At the point when teenagers continuously witness aggressive behavior at home and are impacted by bad good examples from their folks. They will gain from the conduct of parents and use violence against others. Parents play a dominant part in a kid's life till they arrive at adulthood. Every one of the issues related to them until they arrive at this stage can be viably managed by parents. Nonetheless, parents are ignorant with regards to the meaning of their part in kids' life. So the initial step to be taken is to create awareness with respect to something similar. This knowledge would assist them with effectively captivating in parenthood accordingly empowering them to give better concern and appreciation for their kids which can wipe out any opportunities for committing crimes.

Another significant factor adding to this situation is that the media plays a huge part in molding youngsters' crimes. It is extremely normal now for teenagers to be presented with numerous sexual maltreatment on violent movies on TV and the web, like weapon crimes, gangs, and murder. Accordingly, they tend to associate all these with reality. Thus, Families must regularly attend group counseling sessions with their kids, which can be disruptive and expensive during the time when the child is in confinement or on probation.

Taking everything into account, youngsters take part in crimes because of many reasons. However, with satisfactory consideration and care from parents, such issues can be controlled generally.
