It is Very Difficult for People to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle IELTS Writing Task 2 consists of three sample answers provided below. The introduction is a brief description about the topic. The health of a person is one of the most important aspects of their lives. It is believed by some people that living in modern eras choose unhealthy lifestyles, but others believe that staying healthy is not difficult to achieve. Although I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging, I firmly believe that it can be made easy with intention.

Having to do many things a day in business forces people to learn how to manage their time efficiently. Taking a woman's career as an example, she has a rigorous schedule everyday involving household matters, her children and her family. She spends a lot of time in the office which sometimes leads her to forget about keeping herself healthy, so she frequently buys fast food to save time. In fact, it can be dangerous to her health and increase her risk of contracting serious diseases such as heart attacks. People tend to choose unhealthy lifestyles to save time, so they choose unhealthy lifestyles. Therefore, it would not be surprising if some people have problems getting a healthy lifestyle. The young generations are more towards eating junk foods and leading an unhealthy lifestyle.

People who have the intention and motivation to stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle are able to do so. On the other hand, the people believe that fitness is not a problem, and it is part of life, and they are accustomed to exercising every day. It is common for older people who look younger than their age to walk in the morning when they are still fit and healthy. They have been walking early in the morning from their childhood. They are also unaware of modern social styles and values, and they eat mostly healthy foods.

However, in today’s world one needs to remain fit and healthy. Bad eating habits, working on the computer, lack of exercise, laziness, overeating, eating junk foods has all resulted in early death rates among youth. As we all know ‘health is wealth ‘we must maintain a healthy lifestyle which is possible and easy if everyone will understand the need for it.

There are certain fundamental parts of life that must be balanced in order to live a fulfilling life. One of these aspects is health. A person in good physical and mental health may enjoy life to its fullest and deal with life's challenges with ease and comfort.

Making some changes in your life is necessary if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Consistent habits and discipline are necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise will keep your physical fitness, and there are other good habits you can adopt. In addition, it boosts your mental health since as your appearance improves, your confidence will also increase. It is necessary to modify one's lifestyle in order to live a healthy life. Modifying your eating habits, sleeping routine, and lifestyle is one of these modifications. A nutrient-dense, well-balanced diet promotes physical wellness. A balanced diet is very important, and cleanliness plays a significant role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a result, you will be able to fight off diseases powerfully, leading to a disease-free existence. Healthy behaviors contribute to longevity and success, as well as improving one's outlook on life. Poor health, on the other hand, usually results in long hospital stays and bill payments that cause mental turmoil. The result of a healthy lifestyle is that you will have the freedom to enjoy your life to the fullest. Additionally, keeping your loved ones happy is easy when you are always relaxed. The ability to focus on and have the energy to accomplish all of one's goals increases with health.

I believe healthy living is very easy if we are simple minded and environment friendly. However, changing a habit requires time and effort but once changed it can result in a healthy lifestyle which will motivate you to achieve higher targets. The majority of people are no longer passionate about maintaining a fitness regime and taking care of their bodies. A number of factors contribute to this including busy work schedules, poor work-life balance,expensive fitness spaces and diets, poor determination. When you put your mind to it, maintaining a routine is not difficult. A one-hour workout can make a big difference.

Being healthy is not solely about physical fitness; it also involves mental and emotional fitness. A healthy lifestyle should be part of daily routine. An active lifestyle can contribute to the prevention of chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Your self-esteem and self-image depend on feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health. Keeping your body healthy means doing what it needs. It can be done by maintaining regular exercise, being active and being conscious in your diet, engaging in things that you are passionate about. It is important to surround yourself with positive energy in order to maintain a healthy mental and emotional state. It is not difficult or time-consuming to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In no time at all, you will become an all-around individual if you apply the tips listed above to staying healthy.

A healthy life is the highest blessing we should not take for granted. It is truly the source of all happiness. Despite the fact that money may buy you everything in the world, it cannot buy you good health. Changing to a healthy lifestyle is the best thing you can do for your well-being and happiness.
