Band 8 IELTS Essay

Some people claim that living in the countryside has health benefits, but few believe that living in the city has health benefits. In this essay, he explains the advantages of both and explains reasons why he believes that living in the countryside has more advantages than living in a modern city. First of all, living in the countryside has less psychological stress. Unlike cities, there are no traffic jams or morning rush for certain modes of transportation. The place is less crowded and life is easier. In other words, there is no mental stress. Meals, on the other hand, are homemade and mostly made from fresh vegetables. In cities, you have to deal with traffic jams and congestion. Everyone is in a hurry to catch the transport on time, which leads to mental stress and conversations about food. Busy lifestyles have made eating outdoors commonplace, leading to diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Their diet is careless due to excessive intake of sugar and salt. Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Scholars and experts hold divergent opinions on the optimal living environment for a healthy life: urban areas or countryside. As for me, I believe that residents derive unique benefits from both rural and city dwellings; however—considering environmental quality and access to healthier food options—the former offers superior conditions.

Living in urban areas offers numerous advantages: notably, superior healthcare services and a wide variety of products. The undeniable truth is that urban dwellers enjoy frequent exposure to exemplary hospital care; this ensures their safety with every interaction. Speculations arise as to whether these benefits stem from modern facilities or top-tier doctors - yet regardless, peace of mind concerning health remains constant among them all – always at its peak performance state. The city offers a plethora of immediate necessities: an array of shopping malls, medicine stores, and clinics; thus, its citizens enjoy unparalleled convenience in obtaining their essential needs.

People who reside in areas with less pollution, congestion, and fewer opportunities for unhealthy food consumption might find it advantageous to their overall health: indeed—maintaining a healthy lifestyle becomes easier. Under certain assumptions; this argument could be formulated as follows - countryside dwellers are self-sufficient on the matter of sustenance, cultivating vegetables, or rearing livestock and poultry for their families. Consequently, they ensure that the daily intake is clean; furthermore--due to rural environments lacking congestion—the air quality remains pristine. This results not only in fresh breathable air but also potential improvements in health conditions: an environment conducive towards considerably enhanced well-being. Nghe An, Vietnam - my hometown and an uncrowned town, offers the most evident advantage: its clean air. Living there always brings me enjoyment; moreover, it invigorates my soul with a sense of enhanced healthfulness.

Conclusively, despite the city's inherent advantages - I maintain a strong belief in the countryside's pronounced benefits: notably for consuming healthy food and inhaling unpolluted air.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Most people consider this country to be a great place for a healthy lifestyle. But for some, living in a city offers more health benefits. Personally, both have good and bad points. This is explained below. For cities, it benefits our health. In cities, material facilities are better than in the countryside, so people can use technological items such as machines to help people suffering from illness, and nurses can take care of the sick. For example, you are sick, but you can see a doctor and recover. However, their environment is polluted. However, in the countryside, the environment is very good, and even if the material resources are not so good, people still need to grow crops and feed animals to improve their health.

In my opinion, the conditions of life in the city are better than in the countryside, and the environmental problems in cities have improved, so people in cities can improve their health much more easily thanks to healthy habits. Cities are not a big problem.
