As a result, visiting a movie theatre doesn't appear to fulfil this need. Without having to wait in line for a ticket, people may immediately access the digital movies they have purchased. In the same way, individuals prefer to watch television shows in their beds and then turn out the lights when they are weary. The second reason is that paying for movie tickets at a theatre is generally more expensive than watching movies and TV shows online. These days, there is no pricing competition between movies in theatres and digital entertainment. Price-wise, the cost of a single movie ticket ranges from 300-500 bucks, online streaming platforms offer multiple contents for less than 500 per month. People don't visit these movies for a number of reasons, including the added expense of travel to theatre locations. Additionally, there are other costs that contribute to how expensive it is for consumers to visit movie theatres. Not to mention that the trend has drastically changed since COVID-19. These facts indicate that individuals are no longer choosing to go to movie theatres.
