Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information given below.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

The pie chart presents a comparison between the percentage of persons living in urban regions and those living in rural areas in a certain region of the UK who are able to access a variety of services within 15 minutes of driving.

In general, those who live in urban areas have access to all of the services within a quarter of an hour, whereas people who live in rural areas only have access to the services of a doctor and a secondary school within 15 minutes of driving.

Within a fifteen-minute drive, every person living in an urban or rural location can get the services of a medical practitioner. This is true even in more remote areas. In a similar vein, everyone in an urban or rural region may reach a secondary school within 15 minutes by car, and access is not restricted to any particular demographic.

In contrast, although all city residents have access to postal services within a drive time of fifteen minutes, ninety-five percent of the rural population has access to postal services within the same amount of time, and the remainder people must travel for longer than fifteen minutes to reach this facility. 100% of people living in urban areas are within a 15-minute drive of the primary school, however only roughly 65% of those living in rural areas have access to this service within the same time frame.

The bar graph depicts data regarding the number of individuals who drive 15 minutes for a specific purpose in the United Kingdom, compared between urban and rural residents.

Overall, it is evident that all city residents reach their destinations within 15 minutes using a drive service. Whereas some villagers cannot reach the post office and elementary school within 15 minutes by car.

When examining the bar graph in greater detail, it is evident that both urban and rural residents reach 100 percent of secondary schools within 15 minutes of driving. However, 100% of city dwellers can travel to primary school in 15 minutes, whereas only 65% of villagers can reach primary school in 15 minutes.

Turning to the remaining two data sets, all Metropolitan Area residents can reach the post office within 15 minutes of driving, whereas 95% of frontier residents can reach the post office within 15 minutes of driving. For medical reasons, both the countryside and the city can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
