Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Many countries are giving high salaries to individuals. There is a significant wage disparity between individuals. This means that people are getting sky-rocketed salaries. Many people believe that this is good for the country. Some of them argue that the state should impose a salary cap. In this essay, we will discuss both views and share opinions.

Most people in a country believe that few people earn extremely high salaries which they should not. I disagree with this viewpoint because a large wage drives employees to work more. many people believe that the administration should equally distribute salary. They also believe that governments should be able to keep a tight check on people's earning capacity and avoid income inequities within the country. So if everyone earns the same, it will reduce the gap between the wealthy and the poor. This will eventually erase poverty. Society will also progress in a predictable manner, giving everyone an equal chance and equal earnings. This, however, has few backdrops. People usually work hard to earn high salaries and live the lifestyles they desire. Employees are motivated to improve their job quality in order to be recognized as top professionals in their fields pursuing this goal. if the salary is equal, the motivation will not work. Everyone will have the same level of work. This means there will be no one who can climb to the top of the ladder. The revenue generated by persons with high salaries is taxed and dispersed throughout society. This helps the country improve. Individuals are firmly committed to their profession, which must be rewarded with large remuneration. As a result, rather than prohibiting individuals from achieving high salaries, the government should fund education programs for the poorer classes, allowing them to earn high salaries as well.

Therefore, some people believe that salary caps are the greatest way to maintain social uniformity. I do not opine with the fact. Rather than suffocating people's ambition, the state could indeed promote a range of educational programs. Rather than decreasing their salary, people should inspire themselves to work and reach their goals. The state must empower the underprivileged and assist them in earning a decent living by providing them with free education and training.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Employees in every country are paid differently, both in the public and private sectors, and there is frequently a significant pay gap between officers and lower-level workers. Some think that this is better for a country, while others contend that the government should have control over one's basic income.

Everyone should be paid within a particular range, in my opinion. In this paper, I'll look at both sides of the argument as well as the bases for my own. In numerous nations, elite officials and politicians earn significantly more than the employees of their departments. Those who hold this position feel that if a government wishes to demonstrate its wealth to other countries, top-level officers should be paid more so that foreign delegations visiting such countries get a poor picture of the people who live there. However, I feel that these delegations from such countries should have a good awareness of the economic situation before planning a visit. Mr. Trump, for example, will not visit impoverished African or Asian countries; on the other hand, the oil-rich Middle East and India and Pakistan's consumer markets are always on his mind. On the other hand, a large portion of the public feels that salary disparity should be abolished by government control mechanisms and tight income restrictions. The economic position of a country can only be improved if everyone receives a virtually equal basic income, which will motivate people to work in even the most menial jobs. If one were to ask what benefits high-ranking employees receive, I would suggest that, depending on their line of work, they be given more allowances and benefits, such as decreased working hours and vacations. A communist society, such as China, for example, follows these values and treats all employees equally. To summarize, possible remedies to income imbalance include salary caps and universal basic income. Instead, the authorities must lower working hours and provide a variety of other incentives and allowances to top-tier employees.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

In today's modern world, there is an undeniable range in salaries in different countries. Some argue that a country's large earnings are beneficial to it. Others, on the other hand, argue that the government should impose earnings limitations.

This essay will look at both sides of the argument, as well as my personal conviction that a huge amount of money will help development. Salaries, on the other hand, serve as a bonus or incentive to employees, encouraging them to work more. Companies in the United States, for example, use many tactics to motivate employees, such as recognizing an employee of the month and rewarding overwork as a significant example of increasing employee confidence. Furthermore, workers will feel satisfied that their efforts are valued by employers, which will motivate them to achieve better, which will add value to the company. Government, on the other hand, should ensure that the nation's income is divided equally. Limiting salaries will allow the government to spend more money on infrastructural development, which will benefit everyone in society. Furthermore, receiving a low income without much rationale can be discouraging for some. As a result, regulating incomes will result in greater equality. For example, in the nineteenth century, the Soviet Union had this policy, and everyone received the same amount of money for their labor. High salaries, in my opinion, are a reflection of a country's riches. This is due to the fact that money is constantly moving throughout the country and changing hands. The wealthier a country is, the more money it has in circulation. Furthermore, a greater income equals more taxes, which has a negative impact on development. For example, the most developed countries in the world have the highest salaries. To summarize, controlling salaries is not the answer to income inequality. It is a critical plan for a country's future development. We have a natural need for more as human beings. We are inspired by the rich's opulent lifestyle and aspire to be like them. All economies are propelled by people's desire to enhance their living standards.
