Terrorism has now become a global phenomenon. It has stretched its heinous tendrils throughout numerous countries, including Pakistan. The entire human race seemed to be living in the shadow of terror. It is currently Pakistan's most serious problem. It rears its ugly head in the form of kidnapping, assassination of notable figures, bombings, target killing, and indiscriminate murdering of innocent people.

There are various core causes of increased terrorism, including illiteracy, poverty, unemployment, incorrect interpretations of Islamic principles like as Jihad, and massive injustice and unfairness in society. Pakistan is a diverse nation characterised by sectarianism, religious fanaticism, and intolerance, among other root causes. The terrorists' demeanour demonstrates that they do not believe in discussions. As a result, it is critical to confront them with iron fists since terrorism is undermining our society on all levels, whether political, social, economic, or psychological. It not only stifles economic progress; many are now afraid to leave their houses. Overall, society is filled with anxiety, tension, and insecurity.
