The development of children is a matter of discussion in every society and it considers all the important aspects related to their welfare. Children in many countries tend to engage in some paid work which is encouraged by a certain group of parents while some regard it to be completely wrong. The essay would discuss both the aspects of working children and eventually provide my opinion on the same.
Some people consider that engaging in a paid job implies that he/she is capable of taking responsibilities. In many countries, children who take up jobs to earn money are applauded. Because parents consider that it is essential for children to understand the value of money and the hard work involved to earn it. Further, the development of skills and gaining experience is considered beneficial in many countries from a young age.
However, people argue that it is important for children to grow mature and efficient first to engage in a job. Especially in order to have the knowledge of what kind of jobs to be involved in. This implies that many children might take up jobs that may be hazardous or working conditions may not be suitable for them. And the lack of proper knowledge might result in a menace.
Accordingly, I support the view of children engaging in paid jobs from a young age for the development of skills and gaining experience. However, it is also important for parents to be aware of the jobs their children are engaged in. Thus, preventing them from doing menial jobs Which might be harmful to them.

Social development has evolved with time and children engaging in jobs have also become quite popular in the current world. Parents in many countries encourage their children to work as part of enhancing skills and developing responsible traits, people consider it to be menacing. Discussing both sides of the argument, I would present my opinion through the essay.
In many countries, parents have encouraged their children to be responsible from a young age.
While the family environment is essential for children to learn values. Parents consider that being involved in a job environment suitable for their age and which gets them paid would help them develop responsibility. Further, the workplace experiences gained would also help them grow mature. And understand the dynamics of working while helping them understand the efforts involved in earning one’s own money.
However, in many countries people consider children engaging in paid jobs to be wrong. Because they consider children need to be engaged in playing and academics at a young age instead. Moreover, people consider that children may not have enough knowledge and maturity to understand the kind of job they should be engaged with. It might lead them to work in hazardous factories harmful to their health. Further, children might engage with people involved in habits of smoking or drugs in these workplaces affecting the children’s growth considerably.
Hence, parents need to be aware of where their children work and impart knowledge on the same. However, in my opinion, working from a young age is important for children to be independent of their responsibilities and make choices that affect them.

Child welfare and development is an important concern of the present society, actions on which have remained doubtful, however. In many countries, while people consider that being involved in a paid job for children is effective for their development. Many people argue that it is harmful to children to engage in paid jobs. Considering both views the following essay would discuss the arguments and state my opinion, eventually.
In many places, it is common for children to start working from a young age which makes them earn their own pocket money as well as develop self-dependence. Parents consider it to be an effective way for children to learn the efforts they put in order to run the household. And engaging in a paid job would help children learn the same. Effectively, in many countries, it is way through that children are able to develop their responsible senses and grow sensible in their choices.
However, in many countries, parents and society do not support the matter of children being involved in jobs. Because they consider education to be of higher importance than working experience. People consider that with enhanced educational knowledge children would have the ability to make the choices of being engaged in a job suitable for them.
While it is true that children engaging in jobs from a young age can make them responsible. I, however, believe that when children have the right education, they have the knowledge to engage in a more effective job. While I do not consider children engaged in paid jobs to be wrong. I believe they need to enjoy their childhood before engaging in jobs where they worry about earning money.
