Topic: Describe a haunted house which you have visited.

Sample Answer:

I planned to spend my vacation somewhere out of the city with my friends. I was very excited and happy to go out for the weekend. I planned to visit an old fort which was on the outskirts. It was available to loding at night. So me and my friends decided to stay there. We reached there and noticed a bizarre house at the end of the road that looked very spooky. I became very inquisitive and asked the guard of our fort regarding the house. He told us that the house was a haunted house and the wraith of a young man had been seen there. We kept a close watch at night on the house. After 1 A.M at night, me and my friends noticed a ghostly appearance of a man. It seemed like a shadow which entered the house without its door open. I was very frightened to see what was definitely a spirit. I ran to my room and we spent the night in fear. Neither me, nor my friends could believe what we had just witnessed. The next morning, we decided to go to the house. We went inside. It had a spooky feeling but we could not see anything in the daytime. The security guard had informed us to come back before evening. So we came back at 4 P.M. This was an experience that I will never forget in my life.

Topic: Noone can avoid the loss that happens due to natural disaster. Discuss your thoughts.

Sample Answer:

I have seen many natural disasters in my life. There are instances like Tsunami which cause multiple losses to countries. Tornadoes or hurricanes cause great loss for mankind. The wraith that prevails after the natural calamity takes place is more frightening. I remember a tornado which took place when I was traveling to my hometown. I remember the wind which was sending a wraithlike column of smoke skyward. These cannot be prevented but we can save the loss of lives. The government should inform people about the disaster that is about to happen. Nowadays, there are multiple technologies from which a storm or a tsunami can be determined. I feel sorry for the family members of those people who lose their life in these situations. Their spirits must be roaming around and hunting the family members. We can also avoid small scale disasters but those that happen at a large scale cannot be avoided. I agree that people should be more aware of flash floods, storms or earthquakes. The government, news channels and media are the only one that can help the common people with this.
