Topic: A happy mood is a necessity for a good sleep. Discuss.

Sample Answer:

The tranquil nature of an individual is inversely related with the amount of sleep they get. While an individual undertakes the activity of sleeping, their body works towards supporting healthy brain function and maintenance of physical health. It leads to a calmness within the individual and impacts positively on their bodies and mind functioning. Getting enough sleep is necessary as it ensures a peaceful mind of individuals all day long. This helps them with ensuring better concentration while working. Getting up after having enough sleep, one gets to spend a soothing day. When you don't get enough sleep, you'll be exhausted, have trouble concentrating and remembering things, and be grumpy. Sleep deprivation can also affect your judgment and physical coordination. As a result, not getting enough sleep has an impact on how you feel, think, work, learn, and interact with others. Sleep deprivation leads to an agitated mood, however, getting enough sleep will give an individual the feeling of serenity and make them feel relaxed. It also helps develop healthy and peaceful relationships at any given place, be it workplace, sports and further develops concentration of an individual.
