This major challenge is mostly faced by individuals that have recently joined social media platforms. Thus, it can be witnessed that these individuals are a victim of these fraudulent ventures. These fabricated ventures are in the field of products and services, public and political agenda and several others. These fallacious agendas lead to several damages and losses within the life of individuals dealing with these. These invalid propagandas and agendas lead to causing financial, social, mental and relevant damages in the lives of individuals. These pretentious agendas and approaches might have a long term impact on the lives of the individuals that get caught in these. The major challenge that social media platforms are dealing with is the spread of adulterine news. This is an increased concern for several members of societies that includes governments, policymakers, organizations, citizens and businesses. Spread of false news is intended towards provoking citizens with mistrust and exacerbating the existing social and cultural dynamics. Spread of specious news leads to a misuse of political, regional, and religious undercurrents. Circulating huge amounts of fake news leads to damage to the beliefs of society and consumer perspectives. Circulation of this kind of news leads to promoting specific viewpoints or opinions about a product, brand or organization that might not be true or misleading. This imitative information leads to harm and impact negatively by influencing the needs of consumers and sabotaging their intentions towards a given product, services or a certain agenda. Thus, these increasingly spurious agendas have become an increasing concern for social media where anonymity, user generated content and geographical distance might lead to influence that news sharing behavior.
