The national flag, national anthem and constitution are a symbol of unity for citizens of the nation. Thus, it is the duty of citizens to show reverence towards these three aspects of a nation. India is our country, and we all hold our national flag with high regard. For the people of various religions who live here, our national flag is a symbol of unification and honor. Our country and its national flag should be respected and honored. A national flag is an absolute necessity for any autonomous country. Our tricolor national flag is also known as Tiranga. Our national flag has three colors: saffron at the top, white in the middle, and green at the bottom. A navy blue Ashok Chakra with 24 evenly divided spokes is found in the central strip of white. Showing devotion towards the national flag, national anthem and the fundamentals of constitution is a duty of every individual. Undertaking this portrays an esteem towards the milestones that a nation has achieved with contributions from its citizens. Thus, aboration these three pillars, is showing an indirect respect towards the individuals that took part in the fight for freedom.
