IELTS Writing
Topic: The war was a paradigm of the destructive side of human nature. Discuss and give your views.
Model Answer

Any war, be it civil or global, has a drastic effect on human beings. It is a paradigm of the destructive side of human nature. The short-term consequences of war are dreadful. The destruction of physical infrastructure, the weakening of economic and political institutions, and the obvious losses in human lives, among others. This is a pattern of war and no matter what, these consequences are bound to come. Humans become destructive. They become obsessed with killing each other. World war 2 is such an example which caused millions of human lives. Humans become so destructive, they lose the emotion and the reason behind the initiation of the war. The nations involved try to understand each other's paradigm of the art of war so that they become the one to attack first. War not only causes human lives but also removes humanity from humans. I believe that war should not be promoted and must be stopped at once. Any sort of war is not a good example for the upcoming generations. We must create a model for our children which will show a nation without war and destructive human nature. If we can set an example for ourselves, I believe that peace will prevail.

IELTS Speaking
Topic: Describe the role model of your life.
Model Answer

A role model is someone who inspires others to imitate his or her good behavior. He/she sets a paradigm of good behavior. Parents try to be role models for their children by being good people. A famous person who gives money to charity or helps sick children is a role model. I have been a fan of sports since my childhood. One person whom I have always followed is Rahul Dravid of the former Indian Cricket team. Currently he is serving as a coach of the Indian cricket team. He is the paradigm of the humble nature of human beings. I have never seen him become aggressive on or off the field. Rahul Dravid was called “The Wall” in the test cricket format due to his consistency. In contrast to his ODI debut, his Test debut was a rather successful one. While he straightaway made a name for himself in Test cricket, he had to struggle quite a bit to make a mark in ODIs. He was an example of consistency, calmness and a paradigm of success. I have always loved cricket and that love came because of how Rahul Dravid used to play. He has been one of the best test batsmen ever seen in world cricket.
