Social welfare is a key aspect of an advanced society and plays an essential role in it. Good systems have complaints regarding their potentiality, however it doesn’t mean that they are faulty. The two major reasons why investing in prosperity is necessary cane be highlighted as;

Nature of critics towards neglecting several forms of comfort parameters besides payments to the unemployed. These negative opinions put forth by the critics are responsible for harming the reputation of individuals that are incapable of earning a daily wage. However, an unemployed individual has the right to income as well. Lack of employment opportunity can be addressed as a lack of skill within these kinds of individuals. Moreover, the taxes that they have paid in the past entitles them to expect security in the long-run.

The second reason can be highlighted as an increased number of crimes due to lack of health and happiness parameters. Some individuals in society feel that people should take care of themselves. They argue that welfare fosters reliance on others and degrades one's dignity. This may be true, however assistance funds for the unemployed are generally only temporary. If there are long-term unemployed, it is unquestionably the government's fault. Welfare opponents also argue that it is the victim's family's obligation to give financial support. However, providing total assistance to a seriously incapacitated individual is very expensive.
